I have two young cats and having this insurance really puts my mind to ease knowing that I can take care of them without financial stress when accidents or illness happens. Reimbursement from the app/insurance is really fast- takes less than 4days. If the insurance company needs anymore info or records they email you on what they need. Rushed my 11month kitten to er just a few weeks ago and was able to take care of him knowing I have the insurance to support me.

Appreciate the quick processing of claims. Only one complaint: when I sent in the estimate for x-rays, the status went all the way to completed, but did not ask me to send in the final bill. I had to open a new claim. An estimate should let the customer know what to do next and should have a link in the old claim

I am very pleased with Spot pet insurance. The coverage is just great and I get a really quick turn around on getting reimbursed. I’ve had pet insurance before and I knew what to look for this time around and I am super pleased. My dog had a recent surgery and I disagreed with the amount that was paid out for my claim. I reached out through email questioning the decision made on what was being covered. After Spot investigated my claim it was indeed a part of the surgery that should have been covered. I agreed with Spot that my veterinarian coded the service incorrectly which flagged the procedure to not be covered. I am very pleased with the customer service I received.

Wow that was easy. That had to have been the easiest process I've ever used to get reimbursed for preventative and wellness checks for my dog. I entered the total amount of the invoice and uploaded a copy and in less than a week, Spot sent me back the covered portion directly to my account. I have had this insurance for 2 1/2 years and I recommend this company to anyone that has a pet. Emergencies can be very costly. It is worth the monthly payment and this insurance has paid for itself three times. Once you submit a claim, it doesn’t take long for the claim to process and you get updates along the way I choose to get a check in the mail, but you can also choose to get direct deposit which is quicker.
