I've filed a few different claims. It took some trial and error at first trying to see what I needed to submit with my claim. When I didn't submit everything they needed to process the claim, they told me what else I needed. Once I got the vet notes and an itemized invoice they processed and approved my claim in a few days!

After owning several dogs and never having insurance, we decided that we would get it with our new mini dachshund seeing as we paid $$$ for our last ones ivdd back surgery. So far so good! I did a ton of research and went with Spot as I wanted Unlimited coverage at a reasonable rate. They seemed the best. I submitted 2 claims soon after I started this insurance and they paid what I expected. I had cancelled another insurance as they paid pretty much nothing so I am very happy with Spot.
