My little Oscar needed to have a dental. The Dr. had to remove some teeth. I sent my receipt in and filed a claim. I did not have to do anything else. When I checked my claim, I already had my reimbursement in my bank account. It was so easy to file. When I wanted to add another pet to my policy, I called Spot. Our dog ended up getting a foxtail in his paw and had to have two different procedures to get it out.
