Spot Pet Insurance genuinely cares for your pets health and wellbeing. My 18 month old mini-schnuazer suddenly passed away about 17 months ago with no warning. Spot reached out to me with an email, phone call, and card expressing their condolences. They approved my claims with no questions asked and I had a check within three weeks. My current schnauzy had her annual physical a few weeks ago and they approved all of the preventive care with no questions asked. Then a couple of weeks later my schnauzy tested positive for a parasite and Spot approved payment for my claim within two days of submitting it with no questions asked. I looked into several different pet insurances, and I don't regret my decision in choosing Spot Pet Insurance.

Agents were very helpful, I submitted a claim, I waited about a week and had not heard anything, my claim said in process, when I called I was told I was missing documents, and as soon as I emailed my missing documents, the claim was processed right away and direct deposited into my bank account.

Last year I spent quite a bit of time reviewing pet insurance companies. It was no easy feat but am thrilled to have selected Pet Spot for my cat Cali. In mid-January 2026 had to take her to the vet twice. I submitted my claim and received covered reimbursement one week later. Customer service was extremely helpful in assisting me. The on-line claim process was clear and easy to follow. The coverage was exactly as stated within my policy and I am extremely pleased and have peace of mind going forward knowing Cali is covered for future needs. I recommend Pet Spot without hesitation. I think the price is a little high. If your dog is young like mine and only sees the vet maybe twice a year for shots then I'm spending a lot of money each month. I do understand if something happens that could cost a lot then I'm covered. But the odds are in your favor for that. I will have to decide if I stay or go.

I’m retired and on a fixed income. I didn’t expect my two Pomeranians to get accidents and illnesses. I’m also disabled so Spot Insurance has helped me a lot. Without their insurance I don’t think I would have the money to take care of them. My only concern now is I hope my premiums won’t go up because I’ve used the insurance. When you retire your income is fixed so finances play a big role in your life.
