Just turned in my first claim and it was completed so quick with the reimbursement quickly in my account. Although all my bill was not repaid, a good deal of it was. They also helped me get my new puppy enrolled starting the date I would get him. Very friendly and knowledgeable, which I need dealing with insurance

Spot made it easy to customize the plan I thought would work best for us and the price is very reasonable. I also love that they offer the option to cover routine annual care making that process less stressful on us financially. I didn't know purchasing this plan my puppy would end up having a very rare autoimmune disease causing us to need this policy very early on. Im beyond grateful that having this policy has made taking care of my little girl that much less stressful, the ability to submit my claims is super easy, their turnaround time is fast for repayment, and it's directly deposited into my checking account. Anytime I have questions about coverage they are quick to answer the phone and review information with me. Thank you Spot for making a very stressful situation just a bit easier on us!

I have had Spot for about 2 years. My dog just had surgery for a growth that came out of nowhere. I submitted claims through the app and just attached medical records and my statements. I was reimbursed in less than 2 weeks. It's so great not having to worry about costly vet bills, and just getting your pet the treatment they deserve because you know Spot will take care of the rest! There are many pet insurance companies to choose from. I chose SPOT because my daughter recommended them. My 2 yr old cat was hit by a car and had to have orthopedic surgery. SPOT handled our claim immediately..there was excellent and clear communication and responses to emails were immediate. Our claim was processed quickly and we received reimbursement in about a week. I have been very happy with Spot for my little Phoebe. The times I have filed a claim the response is always within a couple of days. The forms are easily filled out and submitted on line. I have been telling everyone who asks how easy it is to pick levels of coverage to suit whatever need. I chose higher levels of coverage as I have a Doxie which are prone to expensive back conditions. The only thing I am not sure about is the wellness package as it is on a yearly and some vaccines are three year now.

I signed up with Spot last year, and my indoor/outdoor 'adventure cat' got sick right before it renewed. This insurance really gives me some peace of mind for controlling costs because vet bills are ALWAYS going to be big for any 'surprise' issues - whether an illness or an injury...It's usually going to cost several hundred dollars for just about anything, right? So, long story short, I received (by direct deposit) roughly 50% coverage on my ONE bill which was approximately $680. I didn't mind paying the renewal since I'll be covered for at least 11 more months.

Today I renewed the pet insurance for my Lila! She is a mixed breed mini pincher /chihuahua. She has a great policy, and with Spot Insurance, we were able to get her medical emergency paid for without a hassle and fairly quickly. I am also insuring our mixed Lab for a great price! Pleased with final result of my claims. I had to submit several within just a couple of weeks and was happy/relieved to see the reasonable reimbursements paid out. My only quibble, relatively minor, was initial confusion after a representative told me to file 2 separate claims, when apparently only one was required (it was all sorted out just fine). Also, as not the most computer savvy user, I have found it challenging to figure out how to submit invoices as attachments to my online claims. Otherwise, very happy with Spot.
