Wonderful experience with having Pumpkin for my cats! My emotional support cat had to have major surgery, so I was already stressed out of my mind and Pumpkin made it so easy that I didn't have to stress about the bill. Also it's such a blessing they had Pet advocates that always response right away and how amazing they were when we found out our boy has hip dysplasia and that he has always been healthy and never shown signs of it including he has had amazing vet visits which he never showed signs until he started limping. The advocate was so loving with me and understood how devastated we are and calmed my heart. Thank you Pumpkin !

Easy to file a claim. Clear explanation of benefits. Fast payment. My only constructive feedback would be using the issue/treatment drop-down menu. It’s tedious to try and find the correct option. For example: I can type in “S” for spay but it only takes me to treatments that start with the letter “s”. It doesn’t recognize letters after that. So I’m left having to scroll through all the S’s to find the right option. Sometimes it’s quick but others times it’s not. Overall, I still would recommend Pumpkin to all!

The only thing is I wish Pumpkin would apply some money to other vaccines dogs have to get because that would be even better. I'm so so so lucky to have this pet insurance. It saved me soooo much money. I have 6 pets insured with Pumpkin and 3 of my pets got seriously sick and the bills of the hospital stay of my doggies were a few thousand $$$. They approved my case in 1 day and I had the money back in my bank account in 3 days. Unbelievable !!!! Please don't wait till something happens to your furry friend and then you want to buy pet insurance. Then its too late. You never know what can happen. I also have a younger 5 year old sweet Chihuahua Dachshund Mix and all of a sudden she needed to go to the hospital because and had to stay there for 3 days and was diagnosed with Diabetes. The hospital bill was a few thousand $$ and they paid super quick for it because it was not preexisting. I have now 4 dogs and 2 cats insured with them. A few years ago, I had a different pet insurance but they raised their premiums like crazy every year and now I'm with Pumpkin and they have good prices. Remember, the premium always depends on the breed of the dog and their life expectancy. Of course a younger healthy dog is much cheaper than an older dog. Don't look any further and get your furry friend insured with Pumpkin. Submitting claims on their website is pretty easy as well. I usually don't like insurances but I LOVE PUMPKIN !!!!!

What a great insurance company Pumpkin is. When your attention is on making sure your pup is going to be ok and not the finance part it makes it that much easier. The claims process is so simple and the turnaround time for a response and payment is within 1 week. I refer all my friends to Pumpkin. This is our second year with them and unfortunately, I've met our deductible each year and they have covered 90% without a hassle. I highly recommend Pumpkins for all your fur babies.
