I feel super confident with choosing Pumpkin!
I was looking for pet insurance after a traumatic experience with a pet who got sick and having to deal with not only the emotional turmoil but also the stress of financial burden. I heard great things about Pumpkin and after doing some research and comparing other companies, Pumpkin seemed like the best option. The people at Pumpkin and the service they provide is excellent. When I needed immediate records at the ER, there was no delay and the caring and sympathy expressed was heartfelt. I've never had a question about a submitted bill and the reimbursement was quick. I tell everyone to get Pumpkin insurance! It's affordable and eases the stress on the way to the ER so you can tell them to do whatever is necessary.

Luna broke her canin teeth after joining Pumpkin three months. The reimbursement process was pretty straightforward and quick. I just need to upload medical records and receipts. After couple weeks the case was approved and the reimbursement was deposited into my account. I also made a few calls during the process, all the representatives were very friendly and helpful.
