I personally feel the insurance gives me peace of mind. Knowing if my dog has a serious health issue, as my previous dog did, I will not have to pay as much. The insurance refunds me almost immediately after I file a claim. I highly recommend Pumpkin Pet insurance.

Pumpkin! Best Pet Insurance out there!
I've been with Pumpkin Insurance for several years now. Two dog insured. When I had to file a claim, they made it easy. They have an online option and great customer support. I used both and they had my claim approved and paid within 24hours. Some insurance companies don't have the same breadth of coverage that Pumpkin has or they have much longer waiting periods. I rarely write reviews, but if you are searching for Pet Insurance, be sure to look into Pumpkin.

Pumpkin is doing everything right. What a relief that making the right decisions for my pets’ health and wellbeing despite high costs that go along with modern, excellent veterinary medical care is now as easy as can be. I love that they also innovate in regards to how to provide their services in the most efficient and effective ways, using client surveys and feedback to help guide the way. Their Pumpkin Now service helps bridge that gap when a pet guardian needs the claim approval and funds available almost immediately for a high cost treatment plan in an emergency.

Battling Cancer in our Lab
Sadly our lab needed surgery to remove a tumor which was found to be cancer. Pumpkin has reimbursed me within the guidelines of the policy both for the surgery and for her first chemotherapy treatment and the oncologist. We’re praying for the best outcome and it has been very helpful financially having Pumpkin coverage. Staff at Pumpkin have been very polite in communication and promptly reply to email as well.

This pet insurance has saved me money? And has been worth it! Also has given me peace of mind. Insurance claim are really easy to upload. Wish they had an app. Just like any insurance do your research. And beware insurance does go up. I am disappointed that my insurance will be going up by $$$20$$ per month. It may not seem a lot but I have other pets and this does add up to my monthly/ yearly expenses. So do look at other insurance they may have a cheaper rate each year.

I have never had to use my pet insurance until these last few months (actually, never really had pet insurance until a few years ago) but man, Pumpkin has exceeded my expectations on all counts! The submission process is easy to do and they communicate within 24 hours to let me know status. Plus, you can have direct deposit to your bank so there's a very short wait period before getting your reimbursement. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I am so grateful for Pumpkin Insurance! Our dog Atlas was in the ER and accrued a very expensive bill. We were able to get him the care he needed without the worry and bring him home that night. I submitted the claim to Pumpkin Insurance the next morning and we were reimbursed for 90% of the claim that same morning. Without the financial stress, we were able to get Atlas the appropriate care right away and help him recover. He is doing great, back to his old antics! I love my pumpkin Insurance. When I bought it I thought well I don’t know if I’ll ever use this, my little girl is like a baby to me, and I wanted her to be insured. Then one night December 7th she got so sick and was throwing up blood. I had to take her to the emergency vet and after I hit my deductible, which for me was $500 dollars Pumpkin paid 90% of all my bills. I am so happy that I was smart enough to buy Pumpkin insurance. She just finished her medicine and I’m hoping that I don’t have to take her back to her veterinarian, but just knowing I have, Pumpkin? is such a piece of mind for me.
