Claims are processed in a timely manner and updates and notifications are always sent out to keep me posted on my claims. Also everytime I call I always get good informative answers to my questions.
Thank you for the excellent customer service. I made some mistakes in filing several claims. One phone call and you fixed everything. I received the insurance payment the same day.

This company was great to work with. Eli-the rep took a great deal of time helping me decide on a policy for my 12 year old dog He was knowledgeable, patient and very nice. I signed up for the policy, even though I suspected my dog would probably only live a couple more years. But she was happy and I wanted to be able to afford unexpected expensive vet care if needed. Unfortunately, she died later that evening -after signing up for insurance. She had been fine that morning. Embrace kindly refunded my payment since she died unexpectedly. Not sure I will get another dog but if I do, I will certainly get insurance through Embrace. Customer service reps were all great!
I insured my kitten and took him to his first appointment. I got the wellness package and it has paid off getting his vaccinations and he'll be getting neutered in a few weeks. He also has had a couple kitten mishaps that would have cost me a couple grand had I not insured him! I highly recommend pet insurance.
After a horrific experience (for me and my dog), I was surprisingly pleased that the claims process was so simple. I filled out a simple form on the Embrace website, uploaded the bill, and - voila! I was approved very quickly and the money was sent to my account a few days later. Thank you, Embrace, for making it so easy.
The customer service was fantastic. He explained everything to us so well and was able to help us get the best plan for us. He explained that the reimbursement part comes by really fast so we wouldn't have to wait long.
We are very grateful to everyone at Embrace for always processing our claims quickly and accurately, each time with excellent communication and updates. Our dog was very ill toward the end of her life and Embrace was there with us through the end.
Quick to respond. I lost one of my claim checks and they reimbursed me ASAP.
Unfortunately, it is too difficult getting a representative on the phone, Everything cannot be resolved on line and by chat.
The guy that helped me I wish I asked for his name and if I did I forgot his name, he was so helpful. He helped change my email, corrected my user name and told me how to update my password. He stayed on the line and walk me thru to upload my claim.. This is five star customer service. Thank you Thank you Thank you.. service was either 10/22 or 10/23/24
I am so happy with Embrace Pet Insurance. Tell all my friends with pets! Bandit gets treated so good at her visit and the vet really nows her stuff. I always get paid promptly.

Great advertising, poor coverage. It seems if your dog sneezed in the last year they have a chronic pre-existing condition that isn't covered.

She has had several serious health issues, (including Cushing’s disease, as well as cancer), and this insurance has made all the difference in our being able to provide her with excellent veterinarian care. Embrace insurance is great. Easy to file a claim and it is usually processed that same day or the next day. The website is really easy to use to start a claim and upload documents.

This was all new to me and the representatives I spoke with were great and clarified all questions that I had. Claims started reviewing my dog’s case immediately and cc’d me every step of the way. Last month I changed the plan on my dog and decided now that I want to keep the good coverage I had. The change would have taken place next month. The representative switched it back for me without a problem. Great customer service!!!

I have never had a problem with Embrace, they were always very prompt with my claims. I have had it for my dog for almost 13 years....
Now that we can submit receipts ourselves, the process goes much smoother and reimbursements are made quickly. The people are very kind and I love the space dog. I am not convinced that they are always experiencing high call volumes like their website says, especially not late at night when I'm filing claims.
We have been customers of Embrace for 5 (maybe 6) years now. They have always been prompt with paying out claims, customer service is great to work with and the website is very simple to use. I always recommend Embrace if the topic of pet insurance comes up.
Fortunately I don’t have to use my insurance much, but when my guard dog got bit by a Copperhead snake while on a walk, I knew we had coverage. The peace of mind knowing that all I had to do was get her to the nearest veterinarian clinic and she’d be fine was priceless. Thank you!

I've had two claims so far. One was submitted through the wellness side, and one was through the illness side. I literally had my reimbursement on both claims the next day after submitting them. The claims process couldn't be easier through the app. They've been so great. I couldn't be happier.
Embrace has been great to us. Easy to purchase, straightforward and simple claims filing process, and quick reimbursements. When we initially purchased the policy, we asked for a medical review of our pets’ records so we knew in advance what would be considered a pre-existing condition, and whether any of those pre-existing conditions had expiration dates. This saved us any question or disappointment regarding what would and would not be covered. Embrace has not disappointed. They have processed our claims fairly and promptly every time.
I like this provider because: IN MY EXPERIENCE Most of the time the program or app is easy to use and understand. SERVICE DRAW BACKS or PROBLEMS: Reimbursements are sometimes slow from this provider.

My cat is quite old and has kidney disease. She visits the doctor a couple times a week for fluids and takes several medications. She's doing really well, which helps, but what helps even more is that Embrace is reviewing and approving my invoices the SAME day I submit them, and the reimbursed funds are usually in my account the very next day. To me, this is INCREDIBLE customer service. I've been using Embrace for 20 years, and I've never had a problem.
We have had Embrace for the life of our 15 year old cat and every claim we submit, gets paid promptly. Last quarterly blood test, checking on his thyroid and kidney disease, was submitted in the morning and approved by the afternoon; same day!! Not kidding!! If you believe in insurance for your pets, this pet owner highly recommends Embrace, 1000%!!
We have been very pleased with Embrace. We’ve had quick responses and reimbursement. Vet charges have sky rocketing as vet practices have adjusted to their higher costs. Pet insurance is needed and this one does the job.

So far it’s been okay. Our first couple of claims kept getting denied for false preexisting conditions but after we appealed and had our vets explain that Embrace was wrong in denying it. Embrace finally accepted the claim and gave us a refund. Seems to be great but you have to make sure your notes from the vet are perfect and make sure Embrace doesn’t just deny your claim for a dumb reason.
We have two pets with Embrace. A senior dog and a less than two-year dog. The lesson I'm learning with our senior dog is it seems like every claim is tied to a pre-existing condition and the claims are denied. The response I get from the adjuster tells me I could go back to my vet for additional information if I feel the claim is not justified. It seems to me that if there was a possibility of a loophole or missed diagnosis the insurance company could reach back to vet for additional information. I would not know what to ask for whereas the insurance company could speak directly to the vet knowing exactly what other information may be available to possibly honor the claim. I question myself if pet insurance has value for the price paid on senior pets (dogs in this case).

I have not had to submit a claim thank goodness but did need help with my account and adding on a new pup. Tyler the rep that helped me was friendly, fast, and efficient. Thank you for access to a live person. My issue would have been frustrating to try and fix using AI chat bots.

Claims are processed fairly and quickly. As a physician I deal with health insurance companies multiple times a day and I am used to denials, excessive paperwork and constant roadblocks. It is quite a pleasant surprise to have come across such a polar opposite company

I am new to pet insurance and the claim was not been processed and when I learned the reason it was because they have not received my dog's previous medical reports from the vet's office. Once they received my dog's medical report (my vet's office carelessness), my claim was processed quickly and now I am just waiting to receive any of the refunds.

Embrace Pet Insurance offers a quick and easy claims submission and reimbursement process, managed online. I had my pets signed up for the Wellness Rewards (and then promptly forgotten what it covered). I called to check in on those and quickly discovered that I was sitting on receipts I could submit for reimbursement. All the claims were approved same day and I had reimbursements in my bank account the next day. I could not be more pleased with their service.
Overall a great experience. I had my dog with them most of his 12 years. Sadly, he died this month and they were very kind, refunded me at a prorated amount without me asking, and sent a greeting card. Tips: get your pet in while young to avoid pre-existing conditions that won’t be covered, and look for discounts like I got with USAA. Over the years, I felt their customer service improved. Reimbursements used to be slow but lately have been pretty fast.
