I have been an Embrace customer since 2022 and I couldn't be happier with them. The claims process is super easy and quick. The response time is also fast. My only regret is not having purchased insurance for my cat sooner because of a preexisting condition that she developed before I purchased the policy, but still, the premium is affordable and has been well worth the cost.
It was eaasy to complete what I needed to do with just one call.
So far I have had no difficulty with the claims process. The people I speak with at the call center are always friendly and professional.

I have been with Embrace for 6 years since my dog was a puppy. Submitting claims has always been an easy process. I am hoping they continue to approve and process claims as they have been doing since I started with them. I have recommended them to many of my friends and family and it seems they are starting to deny claims. So far I have not had any issues, so hopefully those were isolated issues because that is the reason I switched from my previous provider
With no claims submitted this past year, my monthly rate increased by 50% for the upcoming year. I can't understand why so much of an increase.

I’ve been with Embrace Pet Insurance for three years now, and I couldn’t be happier. I have a beautiful King Charles Cavalier—my boy—and anyone who has one knows they can be high maintenance. Embrace has been consistently supportive, responsive, and easy to work with. One of the things that really gives me confidence is their affiliation with USAA, a company I trust completely. That trust extends to Embrace. I had an issue at one point where a pre-existing condition was incorrectly applied to an injury that wasn’t related. The adjuster, Alexi Z., went above and beyond—she took the time to listen, review additional documentation, and ultimately handled everything professionally and courteously. She truly cared, and it showed. I can’t say enough good things about Embrace. I trust them completely with my boy’s care and peace of mind.
Super quick reimbursement! I have had such great experiences with my Embrace insurance. It’s easy to submit claims on the website and the best is that I get reimbursement very quickly! Highly recommend!
So far (2+yrs) Embrace has compensated every claim I have submitted. I have not had pet insurance before so I can’t say if other are better but for what I pay I get my moneys worth and the peace of mind knowing I won’t go broke if I take my cats to the vet for an emergency is great.

This has been about my 10th claim on my yellow lab with cancer. She's had a C-T scan, leg amputation, and now is undergoing chemotherapy. All the claims have been promptly paid...within 1 or 2 days. I've let to speak to anyone. It takes less than 2 minutes to submit a claim. Embrace has been outstanding. I highly recommend them.
This is the first experience with the process of pet insurance and thought it would be a good investment in my pets future and my bank account. The customer service is great and the website is easy to navigate as well as affordable prices. All of those attributes have led to a 5 star review. I've had to unfortunately, submit my first claim. So, we will see how that process transpires. Hopefully another great review will follow this one after this process has concluded.

With adopted dogs previous records and previous existing conditions are a big question. So far, with our 2 adoptees who went to a Vet upon adoption and cleared for med issues, we've had a positive experience with claims.

Everyone should have this company's insurance for their pets. When we needed to get emergency care for our dog after he got hit by a car, the medical bills piled up quickly, and Embrace came to the rescue. Paying for care should never be a concern when a pet's life is on the line, and Embrace took excellent care of us. The claim process was quick and easy.

Weve been with Embrace for about 10 years. They are always pleasant and helpful, and submitting a claim online is easy because of the clear instructions for each step.
I've been using Embrace for about a decade. They've always been prompt in paying claims, and I don't feel like they're looking for every opportunity to avoid paying. Claim submission has gotten easier and easier over the years. I haven't needed support a lot, but they've been great when I have--giving me extra data about ultilization, or more recently, running multiple scenarios with me to look for the right cost/coverage fit. They were patient and seemed to genuinely want to make sure I got the best option for my situation, not just the one that made Embrace the most money.

While issues with my claim have been resolved it took an inordinate number of back and fourths to resolve the issue. I will give Kudos to agent Reagan B who truly went the extra mile to help resolve my issues. Had, Embrace informed me that they had split my claim into two claims and back dated the first. This was the source of all the confusion and frustration on my part. This was a far better experience than my two previous interactions.

Last month I switched from another company to Embrace Pet Insurance, because I wanted to see if I had the best price and most comprehensive policy. As it turned out, I wasn’t. With Embrace, now I am, & paying less for the same policy, PLUS, now she has a Wellness Plan. The Wellness Plan covers yearly vaccinations, medications, & even grooming, up to how much you choose. Never before have we gotten reimbursed for all this. It all came out of pocket, but never back in. Today, I brought my service dog, Sandy Rose, to get her 10,000 mile (yearly) check-up and vaccinations. Knowing how much check-ups, vaccinations, & monthly heartworm meds and tick/flee drops cost, I got the $500 Wellness Plan. I submitted the claim online, which covered nearly everything. And, because I got from the vet 12 months of tick/flee chewables, there was a significant rebate. All tolled, I am getting reimbursed EVERYTHING!!! For Sandy Rose’s visit, I’m not paying a penny. And, since I set-up Direct Deposit with Embrace, instead of waiting 2 weeks for a check to come in the mail, I’ll be getting reimbursed in 2 Days. That’s Amazing!!! I’m sure glad I decided to check out other pet insurance companies and even happier that I went with Embrace. Thank You, Embrace.

Listen, Listen, Listen pet owners! If you have pets and do not have pet insurance, then you need to put your Takis down and get on the phone (or computer) and enroll your pets in Embrace Pet Insurance, like now. If you are a USAA member and you have pets, we need to talk because you are missing out. Where should I start? First, USAA members get preferential treatment when it comes to how they take phone calls and how claims are processed. For example, USAA members are moved to the front of the line for customer service and policy related questions. Second, claims are processed within an average of an hour. To be more specific, my last claim was submitted and processed within four minutes with a reimbursement direct deposited into my account two days later. Third, this is pet insurance that you can afford, but insurance that you cannot live without. Qualified claims are reimbursed at 90/10 after a decreasing $150 deductible by $50.00/ healthy year without claims. Fourth, claims are so easy to submit, my cats could submit their own claims (if they learned how to use a computer of course). Just start a claim, upload the Invoice, upload the soap notes, enter the diagnosis, chose the animal in question, press submit and enjoy. It is that easy. Fifth, my pet insurance premiums is low, and I receive a discount for each subsequent animal. Oh yeah! Some additional things to consider: Embrace Pet Insurance representatives are respectful and responsive. They are quick to answer your questions without the phone call shuffle. PLUS, they care when your fur baby is sick. In all, if don't have pet insurance, and you have pets or you are a USAA member who has pets, then you should get on covering your pets. You never know when you will need it, but you will be glad to have this insurance when you do need it.
