very satisfied. We have utilized Embrace for years. It can seem expensive - that is until you have an opportunity to make a claim and then appreciate their help. Making claims is very straightforward and their response time is reasonable. No claim we have made has been rejected. We have run up against the annual benefit limit, but that is per policy.

I recently submitted copies of purchased prescription medication for my dog who has Cushings disease. I received an email from Embrace indicating they need more information in order to process the reimbursement. I called Embrace and they needed an original copy of the Vet's prescription in order to process my reimbursement. After we resolved that issue, the agent was very helpful and stated they would now fast track my reimbursement process. Embrace has always worked to ensure the customer has the best outcome possible. We feel very fortunate to have made a good choice insuring our little dog with Embrace Pet Insurance.

Great customer care. They really helped me navigate my first submission and answered all my questions.
Didn't have a problem with the insurance, but clear they want to give you the best price possible only initially as my monthly price went up 65% (nothing out of the ordinary for my pup). They couldn't provide me with any specific reasons over the phone, so I've obtained plenty of other quotes from companies and will change. Not sure I'd recommend, maybe for the first year!

I spoke with an insurance lady on the phone. She was very eager to get my business. And was very energetic and excited and gave me a lot of information. I signed up. Then I tried to set up my account and I was having a hard time, I called her and asked her to call me back and I never heard back from her. I found that disappointing.

Always responsive with payments. Had a issue with my dog with lyptospirosis last year. Almost $5,000 Bill. We needed to take her to take her to the emergency room and Embrace was there to pay the portion of the bill in a quick responsive manner.
It is always very easy to submit claims, and the Embrace claims department is very fast and thorough.

Claims are so easy to file online. Just download my Invoice from my Vet, then fill out the online Claim form on the Embrace Website and add the invoice...Click SEND and you are done! Easy Peasy...

Embrace has always done as they promised. They've supported our dog and his health issues throughout the years while maintaining our privacy as we dealt with them. My son is gone now, but Embrace will always be part of our memory of him. Thank you for everything.

I've had Embrace for about five years. They have never denied a single one of my claims and also process them in a very timely manner. I'm so grateful to them as my pup has gotten older and had more medical issues.
Embrace insurance does what they say. They’ll do and covers what they say they will. Customer Service is always ready to serve you with the answers to your questions. The cost of the policy is reasonable and definitely a good idea if you’re a pet owner.
I had two claims to submit. The first one was simple and I would rate the proccess a 5 star. The second invoice was more difficult because I was unable to find the diagnosis in the drop down menu. It then states if you can't find the diagnosis put it in the description box. When I tried to submit it said unable to process the claim. So I picked one from the drop down menu that was the closest and included the description of the diagnosis in the box. I was able to submit it but unsure if it will be processed. I will wait and see.

Excellent customer service and reimbursement for claims/timeliness. I think supplements and prescription medications should be paid at the same reimbursement rate because my vet has asked me to include certain supplements in my cats diet because of his kidney disease. However when your pet gets older you're in trouble because the premiums are so high and you're stuck because you can't go anywhere else.

Easy to make claims
The claims are taking longer than expected to complete, the deductible is much higher than I originally remember.

I've never gotten insurance for my pets, when I bought my most recent pup it was 'part of the deal'. I am extremely happy I did before even picking him up,as we only had him 2wk when he was attacked by a large dog. My baby had to spend 2 nights at the Vet ER and it was nice knowing that I would get back a good portion of the cost.

Embrace raised my rates significantly even though I had no claims the past year. I spoke with the Embrace representative about this rate increase and they could not/would not do anything. While the customer service was great, I decided to go to another company.
Filing claims is very, very simple and the payment turnaround is fast and easy with auto-deposit. I have been with Embrace for 11 years and counting with several generations of dogs. You can imagine some of the costs having "lost" some of my dogs in those 11 years to cancer or heart conditions but my claims were always fully (per my policy) and quickly paid. The one time I had a question about what my claim was waiting, their customer service reps were knowledgeable and personable. I provided the information and the claim was processed the next day.
I have had Embrace for 9 years and I have never had an issue submitting a claim or receiving reimbursement. The staff are kind and courteous on the phone and will spend as much time as needed to meet your need. I would highly recommend this company.

Embrace was a little slow in getting my claim process started, but once we worked out the paperwork, they have been very forthcoming about paying me back for my dogs medical costs. I would sign up with them again based on my experience with them

Embrace is very fast at reviewing claims and so far, they have paid all of mine. I was disturbed that my rate increased so much last term, but when I went to the vet and saw their increase in prices, I understood. The one frustrating point is that it is nearly impossible to get through to them by phone. But when you do get through, the customer service is great. They hire wonderful people.
Easy to use customer portal for submitting claims and getting EOBs. It does get expensive as your pet ages, but there is an easy way on their site to navigate changing coverage to reduce your premiums. Like all insurance, you need to decide if it is worth the risk of paying out of pocket for an expensive procedure for your pet, or to pay the monthly premiums.
The response of the Embrace team is always very fast. I appreciate their phone and on-line customer service. Claims are processed quickly and explained clearly. When my pet passed they were kind enough to cancel her policy immediately and save me the time. Costwise I feel they give value and coverage for a reasonable price after shopping around. Also, they gave my husband a veteran's discount too! I will be enrolling my other dg soon: it is an excellent choice for pet insurance!

After some initial frustration understanding the whole "pre-existing conditions" part of things, I have had only very good experience. They are paying out for chemo treatment for my cat - which seems to be helping her. Online claim submission very easy. Paid within a few days. Good experience with phone and email customer service. I thought they would try to find a way to reject expensive things but has not been true at all.
Everyone at Embrace is always so kind and helpful, and we appreciate everything they do for us and our wonderful pup.
The constant phone calls I received made me run away. I checked out your page and then wanted to talk about it with my spouse before signing up. I received 3 phone calls while at work the same afternoon. After that I had no desire to work with Embrace, but my dog got a baby carrot stuck in her esophagus. $1800 later, I signed up for Embrace.
