Embrace has been such a blessing for our family. We were fortunate enough to only have to use them for wellness visits. They were so quick to respond to invoices and reimburse us with my wellness points. Just recently, our dog tore her CCL and required TPLO surgery. This was a very expensive surgery. I submitted the invoice and Embrace reimbursed so quickly. The first invoice was difficult for them to read, so they promptly emailed both my vet and me to get a more clear invoice. Once they were provided that, they got to work reviewing. I can not say enough good things about this company!

Embrace is quick to reimburse you for covered claims. I was very pleased at first but my one wellness claim from November is the reason I only gave 3 stars. The adjuster on that claim is non responsive. All info was provided and still no response from her. All other claims have been great.

Setting up my account was easy. The website is totally user friendly. My claims were submitted easily. The site prompts you on how to proceed. The processing time is quick and with direct deposit, the reimbursement is very fast. This is the 1st time I have dealt w pet insurance but Embrace was highly recommended by a few techs at my vet's office. I'm happy that I chose Embrace. And I have already recommended them to 2 of my friends. One who just got a brand new puppy. I'm not 100% sure of this date but it was in Nov.

Very easy to submit claim online. I just scanned in the invoice and the claim using Turbo scan on my phone, emailed to myself, saved on my computer and uploaded to your site.
Embrace pet insurance has great coverage and is simple to use. It was easy to input the claims and they were able to make sure that my dogs were covered. I know that with Embrace I can ensure that they will get their preventative healthcare needs taken care of as well as any urgent and emergent care needs. If you are thinking you might need pet insurance, Embrace is my recommendation!

Purchasing the policy, and interaction with a costumer service person were great. I have yet to make a claim, so I can't really judge how well everything else works.
My claim was settled satisfactory and quickly. Staff showed sympathy for my loss that the staff made several changes to the way my claim was settled due to a change in banking institution.

Fast easy claim filing using the app. Quick reimbursement if you opt for direct deposit (quite slow if you wait for a check). When my older dog passed they saw the claim and automatically removed his account from my monthly bill (i have another dog insured as well) so I didn’t have to worry about that. About as compassionate as an insurance company can get. Very fair rates and coverages without crazy rate increases. I will continue using them for my animals as long as they keep up the good work.
Honestly this has been pretty Easy. I’m not the smartest man in the world Amn the prompts made it simple and dummy proof. I made a claim took me about 3/5 mins. I was shocked. Awaiting answers now.
I found the claims submission process VERY easy and fast. The site walked me through everything. This is as far as we have gotten so far, so I can't vouch for the rest of the process. Hopefully it goes as smoothly as the claims submission.

Wow! I was prepared to have to jump through hoops to get our claim approved and processed, but I was so pleasantly surprised at the ease and speed with which it was handled! I honestly didn't believe that we'd get money until we received our disbursement, as I have heard stories of other insurance companies denying everything. The process was very simple and easy, and the company communicated with me throughout the process. I ended up submitting medical records instead of waiting for the vet, and I think that helped speed things along. Highly recommended Embrace!

When I have to deal with Embrace staff regarding a claim they are very courteous and helpful. It has gotten so easy to submit a claim compared to when I first choose Embrace as my pets insurance company. They are staying up with the times as far as technology available to make it easy on us. Easy in filing a claim.
I am grateful to Embrace for their thoughtful review of my recent claim. This was my first claim after having the policy for 2 1/2 years. I wasn't sure what to expect. I found the claims process to be fast and fair. I also had the procedure pre-certified with them and found that process to be accurate. This was such a relief during a difficult time. Good news is that our kitty Charlie has fully recovered from losing five teeth (and four last year).

Embrace knew what the precise hold up was whenever I called. The vet's office seemed to be the one that had missed something that Embrace required. The vet's office complained about not having proper contact information at Embrace (email, fax, website, etc.), I don't know if that information is readily apparent on all of the communications that originate with Embrace.

This Company has improved, greatly, from our experience with them, in the last year! It took us some time, to learn how they function, but, it was well worth the wait! Our last reimbursal went like clockwork, and was within definable benchmarks! In fact, this is the first time, the process went smoothly, without a modicum of effort! Certainly, Embrace, learns by its mistakes, as we all should, and, given the time, and patience, Embrace Pet Insurance, can be, your loved one's best friend, whether they wag their tail, or, melodiously purr!
I called regarding my claim because I received a notice that they approved it but were waiting for the official invoice. I sent the invoice the same day I sent the estimate but under separate cover. The person I talked to insured me the invoice had been received. That was Monday and this is Wednesday and the information on line is still the same. I hope it has been received. The person I talked to was very helpful and I think solved my problem since she assured me the claims department had my invoice and were working on the claim.

They were wonderful for a while. The price just got out of control. They raised it $103 a month without informing me. When I reached out they said they emailed me which I went back to check it and never got an email. The price was not worth the service they provided!! I went to another company after that
Our cairn terrier accidentally swallowed a piece of plastic. She was taken to an emergency vet to induce vomiting. She is fine now. That was on November 4th. Embrace held up the claim for what they said was to check for pre existing conditions. Lame excuse because this was an emergency condition. Swallowing a piece of plastic by accident is not a daily occurrence. The representative i spoke to was not too kind about this. After giving Embrace one star in a previous review, they settled within two hours. I just hope I don't have to go through this every time.

Submission of claim is easy & fast
Once again the filing of a claim was seamless. And this senior citizen appreciates that. As a side note we just received our new policy and were very surprised at the increase in payment amount.
My clam was processed in a short time and was easy to file. Check should be here in a couple days.
Our experiences have always been wonderful with the Embrace Claims process. Recently we had to take our dog to an Emergency Hospital due to a head trauma. I filed the claim later that morning after we returned for the sole purpose I would not forget. The claim was approved in less than four hours. Astounding service, they have always been approved quickly but this time was amazing. I filed on a Monday and received payment on Saturday. The coverage we chose has never let us down.
This was my very first claim for Clark Gable so I understand that it took a rather lengthy time to process. I received an email more than 10 days ago explaining the amount of money I would be receiving . I’m still waiting for the the check to arrive so I cannot give an honest opinion of your service yet!
I submitted our claim two days after we took our pet to the emergency center, on a Thursday, and the claim was approved and deposited the following Monday (minus the 10% and our deductible.) Actions speak louder than any words I could possibly put together. We will be staying with Embrace through the life of our pet.

Very helpful. I have to renew for the year but getting very expensive. My lucy is 11years and 4 months old still very active, they want $234.a month to keep my same insurance this year. They do pay whats expected but when i first got insurance for lucy it was $60.a month. I will br checking around for different companies
