Embrace responded and provided my refund quickly. I provided detailed information on my claim which helped me expedite my claim. This company is professional, polite and more than willing to assist me. My veterinarian has her own animals covered with Embrace and recommended I do the same.
The agent was very thorough and gave me options to consider.
We recently lost all three of our pets (2 cats and a Newfoundland dog) over the stretch of 6 months. Embrace was incredibly supportive covering nearly all our expenses and being most compassionate during this very difficult time. We highly recommend them.
Embrace pays claims in an orderly manner ONCE they understand the information given them. They repeatedly asked for a diagnosis from my vet and me when the information was already given. Their Customer Service was very professional, polite and helpful once I got through. Overall, they are good but need to work on their review of the claims submitted.
Going thru an appeal on a claim. Was shocked to also learn that because I called my vet months ago- embrace retriggered a pre-existing condition. For another year.. even thought we’ve had NO issues for 15 months.
Website is easy to use and it's quick to address a claim with upload a simple matter from a PDF scan.
Embrace offers good products, but one has to stay alert to make sure they reimburse for qualified services. It seems that claims adjusters make arbitrary decisions about whether to pay or not. I submitted a claim to use wellness rewards for my pet’s recent annual physical. The adjuster changed my claim to an accident/illness insurance claim and initially didn’t cover anything and said my claim amount would pay toward the annual insurance deductible ( there is no deductible for wellness (preventative health services.) I disputed this and the adjuster changed the decision and covered my claim in full. It was a straight forward wellness claim that took over a week to resolve. One has to know the Embrace policies and be diligent about how they process your claims. My premium just went up by $50 per month, with no explanation, so I need to contact them again about this. I’ve read that they increase premiums as the pet ages, and my cat is 8 years old, which is not that old for a healthy, spayed indoor cat. I may not keep this insurance, and am currently considering decreasing coverage at the very least. I mainly took out this insurance because it offers dental insurance for my younger cat that has chronic dental issues.

Embrace pet insurance makes it easy. I don’t have anything other plan compare it to, however you you submit a claim, the process is very easy. If you live your pet as much as I live mine, and you don’t have Embrace, I would highly recommend them. They are nationally known as one of the best for pet insurance.

By far the best pet insurance you can get. It can be difficult sometimes when establishing your vet with your insurance but it is SO WORTH IT. The reps are always kind and quick to help when I call with a question.

Slow process and frequently says it's a previous medical condition when it isn't. Other pet insurances cover that.
For the most part, I've had embrace for over 5 years and I'm very pleased with the service I get. Sometimes it's rather tedious I know for my vet, who has to sometimes send in multiple doctor notes before a claim is paid. But that rarely happens, therefore I still am giving a five star rating.

From the very first day of exploring insurance options and filling out my application, to speaking with a representative who helped me choose the best coverage for my needs, the process has been smooth. My GSP has had several issues that are difficult to diagnose and we seem to be going through process of elimination with his Vets. There are no words to describe the help and assistance I have received from Embrace. They go above and beyond as far as customer service, prompt attention to claims and just all around a great company!
Easy way o file claim
Quick & easy. Telephone assistants very knowledgeable who answer promptly and easily answers questions. No need to constantly repeat yourself.
We had a very catastrophic event with my dog. After surgery and hospital the cost was over 14k. They reimbursed me just at 12k. I felt the claim was handled very expeditiously and fairly. Unfortunately our dog passed in recovery :(.

I have had Embrace for about 4 years now, having three of our dogs covered by their insurance. Their claims submission process is very easy, and they process the claims promptly. Their customer service is great, and their coverage plans and choices are numerous to fit your needs. I highly recommend Embrace. They are also compassionate and understanding when dealing with you.
Embrace has been the best pet insurance company for my cat. Their representatives are always patient and attentive. They work well with my cat’s veterinarians and collect requested documents thoroughly. My only complaint would be that the Embrace website and app have a habit of not working or showing the same information. Should your claims ever get duplicated or removed, it’s always best to communicate back to Embrace by phone. Once you are able to speak or email directly with one person, the claim process is much smoother.

I have never written a review for anything in my life, but I am taking the time to write a review for Embrace Pet insurance. They take the time to explain things to you on the phone , when you make a claim they don’t waste time to pay you back , I got paid within a week. I'm giving a 5 star because the customer service was great when I got insurance for my puppy, Lucy. I haven't used it yet so I can't say anything about claim reimbursement but starting a policy was easy. I will edit if there is a problem but I don't feel there will be.
My dog had surgery due to a mass on his muzzle. This required blood work, pathology, etc. My bill was over $1200, my reimbursement was $351. Why am I using Embrace? Going to have to do some research. Already spoke with others that have pet insurance, they were surprised at the little reimbursement.
Service is always timely and efficient. Staff is very friendly and always competent and efficient.
Embrace makes submitting a claim extremely easy. The turnaround time for review and reimbursement is very fast. This is one of the best decisions I've made for peace of mind and the health of my dog.

Great custom service
This is the first time I've needed to use my dog's health insurance, and it has been great. The embrace team was helpful and resolved my claims in a maximum of two work days. I appreciated it because I felt safe not having to call and see the status of the claims.

We've had nothing but good experiences with Embrace. Some of our claims are not reimbursed, but there is always a reason why (e.g., it could be reasonably linked to a pre-existing condition). Also, the PawSupport chat line has helped us a lot. This insurance, while expensive for an older cat like ours, has already paid for itself.

Covers accidents and illnesses promptly and easy to submit claims. Does not cover pre-existing so not for all dogs. Peace of mind for dogs who tend to eat non- food items.
We've never had insurance in the past for any pets, so we were not sure if we should get it nor what it covered. When USAA offered it, we decided we should get it to cover any unforeseen issues with our little guy. The first claims were seamless in that we just submitted everything, and Embrace would look everything over and contact the doctor if they needed anything else. The contact info on the website help us understand what is covered. I would highly recommend Embrace Pet Insurance to everyone!!

We have used Embrace pet insurance for over six years. Every interaction has been positive and helpful. The claim submission process is very easy and responses/decisions have come quickly. We've needed to use this insurance for unexpected, life saving surgeries and it's been so comforting (mentally and financially) to know we have our pets insured.

I’ve had Embrace Pet Insurance almost a year. They’re pretty good with reimbursements on wellness; however, I’ve not had to use it for a major reimbursement. They’re pretty one draw back I don’t like is the limited amount of reimbursement you can receive on wellness for your pets; which is grooming, regular scheduled checkups, etc. I have the premium package with 90% reimbursement but the wellness part only goes up to $600 per year. With my pet being every six to eight weeks that amount is quickly depleted!!! I think they should increase the wellness reimbursement. The wellness you’re certain you’re use. Medical and/or accidents may or may not happen thru the year when you have a healthy pet. Pay too much for the insurance not to have a more increased wellness amount. Also I think they should reimburse for boarding but they don’t.
I never really thought about getting pet insurance but when it was sponsored by UAAA I decided to give it a try. I am so glad I did. Yearly checkups and shots for my 3 cats were totally covered and then one of my cats got IBD. All tests and medication was covered and Embrace made it so easy. I’m quite happy I made the decision to get it.

I've had Embrace for 1 cat, and now another cat, and I have been very satisfied with their service. Claims run through in a reasonable amount of time. I recommend them to all my friends.
Not happy that I can’t change my payment due date. I had a change of payday. I could only change it by buying a new policy that would not pay my pets allergy meds because that would be pre-existing condition. Not happy.

I've had embrace for the last 7 1/2 years. The Wellness plan reimburses me for my dog's annual exam every year. It also helped me out greatly when my dog had to get a tooth extracted during a dental cleaning when he was a puppy.
Embrace responds quickly. Sends reimbursement in a timely fashion. It is not cheap, but well worth it.
