I spoke to customer service . The benefits were explained to me. I recently upgrade my police to cover grooming which I really needed since I have my Maltipoo groomed every 4 weeks. I am pleased so far with this policy .
Enrolled through USAA. Easy to select desired coverage, premiums reasonable. Since the policy just started no experience with claims or benefits.
Great pet insurance company. The website is very easy to navigate, claims are easy to be made and you are reimbursed very quickly. You can also access information about what is covered and not covered very easily. Customer service is caring and competent. We will use Embrace in the future.

Thanks for helping me keep my little old lady cat as healthy as possible for as long as was ethical. She needed a lot of treatment in the nearly 3 years I had her after adopting her from the shelter. I never had to truly worry about her bills because you always reimbursed me.
Embrace is the easiest and best insurance for my dog. They reimburse majority of her vet visits and I get my refund in less than a week. It is easy, affordable, and helpful- especially with the online pet support. I would highly recommend to all pet owners.

Don't know as I sent in claims. We'll see. Not crazy about having to get claims in with in a year even as you're still working on dog issue. I'm still paying so why not take care of claim. I've paid for it.

Once you get used to it, the claim process is very simple and easy. Payment is very fast. Excellent experience.
We've used Embrace since our dog was a puppy. Every year we continue to use their coverage simply because the claims system is so simple to use and all the information is spelled out very succinctly.
We have had Embrace Insurance now on 3 Bernese Mt. Dogs (since 2014-15). Over the years, they have markedly improved their claims determination and time it takes to get reimbursed. These days, I usually am notified within a week and often sooner. The reimbursement is directly deposited into my account. I have had another dog put on a different Plan which has not been as efficient. We do not do the Wellness benefits as we calculated for us that it would be 'a wash' as far as ROI. My wife and I have always had good luck talking to a live person when needed.
I love Embrace! They make the claim process very easy and have always treated Rufus and myself like family more than just clients. Also their rates are very good based on Rufus's age and issues. I would highly recommend Embrace!

I am a new customer but so far I am very impressed with not only ease of use with their website but prompt reimbursement. I am a life long USAA member and Embrace is their preferred vendor so I am sure they will live up to USAA's high standards for customer service over the long haul.

It’s hard getting insurance for your older dog when another insurance company cancels for no reason. And then the new one won’t cover anything that he had in his whole lifetime. Even if it’s been over a year since he was treated. I feel like with older dogs it’s just hard to get good coverage. I pay a lot to insure him and they find anything way they can to NOT cover the service.
I’ve been a customer of Embrace Pet Insurance for many years and all my pets have had coverage through this insurance company. It’s very easy to file claims and the processing time is quick and accurate.
Awesome support The team has always been very responsive. We went a few years never needing to file a claim and now that our dog is going through cancer treatment they have been so supportive.

It was very easy to submit the claim for my cat through the app, and all her expenses were covered. The claim was processed very quickly.

As a proud USAA policy holder, the Embrace through USAA experience has been excellent. The customer service people that I have spoken to on the phone have all been courteous, kind, professional and extremely helpful. The website and app are user friendly. Embrace has handled all of my claims fairly and quickly. I am completely satisfied with Embrace.
Sometimes it’s a bit hard understanding the rules but very kind people explain.. so I’m happy with embrace as my pet ins.

Easy to use app and straight forward claim process
The claims process is easy and straightforward through the site. Payment was turned around within a week, and customer service was super helpful with questions. They are definitely more expensive which is my only issue. When prices rose this year I had to raise my deductible to afford insurance.

So far, amazing! Communication has been great and the sing up process is simple and straight forward. You know upfront what you're going to get! Additionally, submitting a claim is so easy anyone could do it. I was really worried that I'd be overwhelmed and not understand how to do anything to benefit from pet insurace but that hasn't been the case at all!
The app was constantly freezing. I went to the website, and there was no issue.

I bought this pet insurance when my dog was a puppy. He is now 4 years old. He ended up with some type of gastrointestinal intestinal issue and he went to vet and then ER for 3 days. I sent in the receipts and they were so prompt with payment.

I have filed several claims and the process was so easy and, it only took a few days to get my reimbursement. Embrace saved my dogs life. Just two days before getting his final set of shots my dog got Parvo. Spent 3 days at the pet hospital. If I did not have them I would not have been able to pay for my dogs treatment. Covered over $6,000 for me at 80% coverage. Also, they tell you up to 30 days, but it took less than 5 days for my claim to be approved.

And, this is coming from a bit of slow and illiterate computer person. As, well I'm not going to give my age. But, as Daniel's father has passed he is my savior. EMBRACE has responded quickly to every invoice submitted for a dog with acute liver disease. This has not been an easy time for me and my dog and it's great to have the support of Embrace .
Easy to use insurance. Excellent returns
I’ve had Embrace for 9 years. The rates appear to go up yearly. A few months ago i sent a note telling them their automated system misdiagnosed my dog’s problem. Almost immediately someone at Enbrace contacted my veterinarian and requested my dog’s entire medical record. I was cc’d. They then denied my claim of lameness for reimbursement of Carprofen, stating that the med was for treating a pre-existing diagnosis. I recently contacted them and asked that they find a way to lower my monthly premium. She agreed, lowered the premium $20 but in exchange I had to agree to a higher deductible. I am seriously looking for a different insurance company.
