They were great at matching PennyMac’s rate even getting a half a point percentage lower. Asked for a lot more needless paperwork though. It was more difficult due to the fact that I drive over the road and my wife doesn’t know where to get the paperwork that they needed so it was slower getting things they needed in a timely manner. That was our fault though. Overall all it was a good experience again. This was our second loan through Brandon and his team. I’d recommend them to anyone.

This process was daunting, but we had a team of people working for us that helped us along the way, our realtor was A-1 Marika Bell (Keller Williams) Columbus, GA. Jeremy Henry our loan officer finished strong for us, the sellers wanted to use their lawyers and Jeremy found discrepancies with overages that they were charging us, after the calculation were complete we brought $1200 less to the closing table. Thats what I call an A-1 loan officer (Jeremy Henry)!
