VUHL helped us get a house when we thought we would never own a home. The process was handled very professionally and all efforts to carry us through the maze of paperwork was done with as little stress as possible. Closing was done as quickly as possible. Veterans united has helped me from start to finish, my credit was awful and their credit helpers built me up to a place I needed to be, giving very specific instructions and getting me where I need to be. The day my credit was where it needed to be they called me and asked if I was ready, no pressure at all, but we were ready. Then once I got my pre approval found my home, it only took a month to take possession. They made the whole process seamless, and stress free. They hooked me up with an absolute shark of a realtor, they worked fast and efficiently, and kept me looped in every step of the way. If you're not using veterans united for your home loan and buying process, you must of gotten in the military on an ASVAB Waiver.

Jeff Gilkerson stayed with us as our loan officer for six months or more until we got our financing issues resolved. He didnt give up on me or my family, checked in constantly, and offered a friendly ear because buying a home is such a stressful process. We would talk for 30-45 minutes and Jeff never rushed me off the phone and it showed me him and his team truly cared about our efforts to get into the right home for me and my family. We appreciate all the hard work of all the employees at Veterans United and for treating us like a friend and not a dollar sign.
