Veterans, this is the lender know you better than yourself when it comes homebuying. When in doubt, talk to VU, they are the 1st VA lender in the nation for a reason. Do your own market research, do your best estimate on your family needs and your investment plan, throw the rest to VU. I learnt that time, quality, and cost don't match very well, however, with VU team's helping, you may find the perfect balance that didn't exist on the scale you had before.

My wife and I got a ton of letters in the mail from other lending companies for our re-fi. But we wanted to stay with Veterans United. Why? Because our experience with the initial purchase was great. I am happy to say that we had another great experience with the refinance.
