There are many red flags to veterans united, and being skeptical is a valid first response. I was new to this process and could not have been more pleased with the service I received. They were great at matching PennyMac’s rate even getting a half a point percentage lower. Asked for a lot more needless paperwork though. It was more difficult due to the fact that I drive over the road and my wife doesn’t know where to get the paperwork that they needed so it was slower getting things they needed in a timely manner. That was our fault though. Overall all it was a good experience again. This was our second loan through Brandon and his team. I’d recommend them to anyone.
