Both pale in comparison to the service and ability to simply be closers as far as taking one from application to the signing table. Veterans united was able to achieve what their haters said they could not. I wish I saved myself a few credit inquiries and went straight to VU. The attention to detail, ability to communicate and strategize is unmatched. VU should be considered the industry standard.

I just went through a horrific divorce, never deserving anything like that. Lost my family, my son, my dogs, now fighting for my house that was build specifically for a disabled Veteran. Had to pay lucifer off, get her off my loan, so God sent me a advertising of Veterans United in the mail. I kept it on my dresser thinking that the family court wont throw out a disabled veteran out of his house, no way! My advice to new home buyers is... with Veterans United I did not have to worry about anything when it came down to financing. The hardest part was getting my finances in order and pushing myself to getting my "To Do" list completed as fast as they appeared. I never felt pushed or pressured into doing anything. I definitely did feel motivated and inspired to get things done in time. My closing date was set to March 4th, and we closed on March 4th. I personally don't like the home buying experience, but if I had to do it again it would be Derek and his team by my side.

I’ve worked with Derek on three separate home purchases, and every time, he has exceeded expectations. From start to finish, he treated me like a lifelong friend, making the entire loan process seamless and stress-free. What sets Derek apart is his unmatched communication. Early mornings, late evenings—it didn’t matter. He was always available, answering questions and keeping me updated every step of the way. His responsiveness and commitment made it easy to stay on top of everything, and because of that, we closed in under 23 days! I recommend Derek to family and friends without hesitation.
