BEST HOME BUYING EXPERIENCE IN MY 73 YEARS
Ryan Hauser with Veterans United Home Loans is the most professional Loan Officer I have ever had and I have bought 7 houses in my life, but none were as easy as this one. Even after going through the process of getting a loan in 2016, going all the way to the day of the close, when my wife did not want to close because it was on a lake and a child had just been in the news as being killed by an alligator. She decided we shouldn't live on a lake, so all the work Ryan did to close the loan was lost. Today, 1/29/26, Ryan closed our new home loan in Gainesville Florida, and I can't say enough great things about how I was treated. After the last attempt to close, I felt like I had let him and his company down, but way back then, he was so professional and told me to keep him in mind if I ever needed a home loan. At 73, I never would have thought I would be getting another house. Losing my sight, health problems for my wife and myself, and the fact we just moved to Florida in 2022, we bought 2 acres and I have loved where we live. In the country, you can't find social services and my eyes have every problem they could have. Going blind scares me more than anything ever has, and staying on this place became more than we could handle since I do the driving. So, the wife finds a 55+ community and a beautiful home, move in ready, something we have never had, spending months fixing our house and then spending months on the next one has been our experience. I tried to put her off, but it was time to act or never be able to until it would be impossible for me to move, the fear of the green dumpster in the yard and our grandchildren throwing all our stuff into it became a nightmare, so I called Ryan and asked if he would help us in our journey to purchase this home. From the first call to the final call at closing today, I found Ryan could be trusted with all my information, guide me through the process and keep my interest in mind when it came to our process. Never been treated with more respect, not only did he guide me through the process, he taught me how to save money in the process. We actually when to closing today and got a check back at closing, so if you really are thinking about a VA loan, and want someone you can really trust, there is no better place to go than through Veteran's United Home Loans, I would recommend Ryan Hauser to any veteran in this nation. He is the most professional, most organized and truthful person I have ever dealt with and I have done a lot of dealing in my life. So, thank you Ryan, your staff and for all yall did to make buying this new house easy, and profitable.
