We have refinanced with Quicken/Rocket Mortgage several times. Sabah Yassine, who reached out to us about refinancing, was very knowledgeable and presented numbers to us that made refinancing a very smart deal. The process was easy for us as we just checked the website for any items we needed to provide or sign. There were always names provided to contact if we had questions. The actual closing took about 20 minutes. No complaints on our side!
