Life can put you in a hard place suddenly. They gave me piece of mind. I was fine with money than I found out my chiminy had to be replaced. My front porchstarted to collaps, my basement flooded that has never happened before or since. My daughter also had an engagement party with 125 people in October that took all my savings. That’s when they helped me sleep at night instead of worrying

My husband passed away and I was not looking forward to notifying the mortgage lender because of fear of the unknown. What was experienced was so uplifting and that all my fears were unfounded. The representative saw my husband’s death certificate (I don’t know where, probably county registrar) and started all that was necessary was to label him deceased on the loan. What a relief. I cannot thank you enough for making this process so painless. There is a lot to be said about a large corporation that thinks about making the process of dealing of a loved one’s death so effortless. From the bottom of my heath thank you❣️

My mortgage went up $215.00 due to property taxes. I did not have the $1814.00 required to keep my mortgage @ $1,600.00 which was already a struggle. I now have to go to Loan Depot and borrow money from my home equity. Quicken loans would not let me access the equity!

First year lawyers will tell you that a negative can't be proven! 3. The previous request was then removed without any indication... I just love wasting my time!

Still some functionality that does not work well
Very difficult to link transactions to existing bills, some work fine others don't work at all .. If you have a financial company as your primary bank, it only updates every other day which makes it hard to determine your balances . Also, I basically look at it on Friday and not again until Tuesday and if there is a long weekend even longer as not much updates. It needs to be more efficient at updating accounts regularly . If I have to always go into my financial accounts to determine balances and transactions it defeats the purpose of Simplifi
