Disappointed in your sales reps
I was very disappointed in the 2 salesmen who handled my loan. I hate writing this, because I am not one who wants to put a persons job at risk. But, I believe good customer service should be honesty, and trust. When I was considering refinancing, I was first contacted by Riley Echart, who then turned me over to Sam Moore. He handled my loan, but lied to me about several concerns I had. When I closed, the notary showed me the list of debts they were paying off. There were 2 loans listed for US Bank. I went out and text Sam, and told him he had a loan for 1407.00 that I did not owe on the list. He checked it and said I was right, and he would have that money deposited in my bank account with the other funds they were depositing. Well, the checks came just as promised, but there was the extra check to US Bank for 1407.00 in with my other checks. I text him, and never heard anything from him concerning this. I text Riley, and again no return call or text as to what I could do about this 1407.00 check. I’m 73 years old, so this stressed me out so much because I didn’t know who else to contact. I finally called Realeo, explained my concerns, and she got right back with me. She had the money deposited into my account, and was very kind, and professional. I hate giving a bad review, but I truly thought I made a mistake going with you. It was rushed, and I was lied to about so many things, I hope my experience with this is not a mistake. I’m old school, and believe trust and honesty with any of your agents will result in my referring you to others. I’m not implying that Lending Tree is a bad company, but your sales people need to be trained to be honest, and gain your customers trust. Then referrals will come. I have to make my first payment in 15 days, and I have no idea who to send it to. I was told it wouldn’t be sold to a third party, but then receive a notice that it was sold. So, hopefully you can understand my frustration. I would love to give you a 5 star review, but after my experience with these two people who lied, and never returned my calls, or texts, I just can’t do that yet. I’m just praying I made the right choice after being ignored after they made “their sale”. It’s been very frustrating. I need someone to contact me and let me know how and where to make my first payment, as I have not heard from JP Morgan who it was sold to. Sorry I couldn’t give you a better review, but hopefully I can in the future.
