It was extremely fast to get applied, reviewed and approved. I did this all the weekend before Christmas. Started the process on Thursday and had funds in 3 days, on a Sunday.

The loan process is fast and easy. Because of their brilliant App. It is my favorite banking app. Better then any credit card or money exchange app.I really like using it to check my credit score and balance. My credit card apps hide information. You have to dig for interest rate for i.e. best of all the best interest rates so far for loans. Sofi has helped me raise my credit score because the tools that are made available to manage my money.

Fast and easy, but with flaws
For the most part, the process was fast and easy. What I didn't like was that I wanted to use the loan to pay off a higher interest loan (not a credit card) which I was able to do, but not take advantage of the additional savings during the completion of the loan process. I was only allowed to put it towards a credit card debt. Eventually, I paid off the loan once the money hit my checking account, but I could not take advantage of the extra quarter percent discount

SoFi Bank offers great rates and service!
SoFi Bank offers a high APY (annual percentage yield). Great customer service. They have zelle. The app is great. The only issue is the APY went down slightly. The APY is still better than the national average.

I got a debit card in the mail that like it is only a digital copy. To access my money more easily i need a real card where i can use it to purchase things or pay bill. Sadly your app wont even read the card you sent me so it asks me for exp date and cvv number to activate said card but neither piece of info is written onto the card for me to enter them.

I thought I loved the move to SoFi but when 3 transactions were made costing me 300.00 from Ingles. SoFi refused reimbursement, even with receipts showing I have never spent more then 50.00 at this store over years. No I have to find a different bank.

Getting a loan to pay off Al of my debt has never been easier. SoFi made it super easy to get a loan. I monitor my credit regularly with Credit Karma and they always show me offers to apply for a loan. So I decided to get myself out of the 8 or 9 payments and into one. I’m paying a few hundred dollars less now and without all that credit card interest looming, I now have one payment and an actual end in sight. Thank you SoFi

I love this institution they are on top of everything and it's fast and easy. I needed to withdraw a larger amount than normal, they sat on the phone with me and guided me through the process. My only complaint is a way to deposit cash for free or just without standing in line for a person to load it then takes a few hours to be available.

I was shocked but not surprised by my loan with sofi because I had a loan from them previously. Would have made me smile was the ease with which my current loan with them was able to be satisfied and how quickly the money arrived in my account. It was by far, the most satisfying banking experience I've had in a very long time. The rate was excellent. The processing it alone was simple and quick. I can't say enough about their process and how satisfied I am with their product.

A poor man's loan
I was really surprised on how easy it was to go thru the process to get the loan that I applied for and the fact that I'd hope I got the loan because of my good payment history and payoffs of loans and credit cards. Sometimes when things are good everyone looks at your credit and is ready to dish out the money. But let ya hit a bump in the road and ya use your credit cards to help you get by and then when you try to make it easier on yourself even places that your established won't help you out.

Only issue with the application was the inability to select other Sofi Debt to consolidate/transfer into the new loan. I had to wait until the new loan was funded and simple pay off the existing SoFi product.
