very fast and easy transaction. Website support is good and easy to navigate. Only negative thing I would offer is all the ad's I see for SoFi say no fee loans when it was a 10% origination fee, so if you borrow 50,000 thousand you lose 5 thousand off the top of your loan.

Best decision ever to pay off high-interest credit cards
I applied for a $10,000 SoFi loan on Monday to pay off high interest credit card debt due to 4 weddings (me and 3 sons over 12 months), moving into a new house, and a couple of vacations. Normally, I carry zero credit card debt. I received my approval notification same day on Monday night. On Wednesday, the three credit cards I wanted to pay off had received their payments and the balance of funds were in my bank account. Honestly, this couldn't have been any easier. My loan will be paid off in less than two years since I'll pay more than my required monthly payment. I never could have paid off my high interest credit cards this quickly without this loan. Best decision I've made in a long time! Again, I rarely use my credit cards, but the past few years presented a lot of life changes for my family.

SoFi Bank offers a high APY (interest rate). Great customer service. They have zelle. The app is great. The only issue is the interest rate is going down. It was 4.6%. It’s now 4.2%. That’s still good.

SoFi's loan process is incredibly easy
SoFi's loan process is incredibly easy, and if you have an existing loan already with SoFi, getting a second one is even more simple because they don't make you jump through any hoops again. Funding is really only likely if you a) have a strong credit score, b) have a high paying job and a low debt/income ratio, and c) are looking for a loan that's a lot more than a few thousand dollars. If all that is the case though, they generally put the funds in your bank account within a day or two of approval. So far so good and I've been a customer for almost a year now.

I'm not great at filling out forms. However, I found fast response from all of the people who answered my questions and assisted me to be exceptionally friendly and helpful. Once I understood the forms, I believe most younger people would have found the forms to be simple and straight forward. The tracking of the process and constant updates to be extremely helpful also.

Amazing and super fast process!! We used to consolidate 4 credit cards to make payment easier and on time and now to one place! The interest was a little lower and now no late fees and no negative credit issues! Paid off all 4 cards and now paying SoFi via autodebit and paying more when we can!
