Overall pretty good. The timing of approval was misleading, and I had to upload my ID at least four times (the first time was my own fault - it was expired). Then when it was approved, they said there was a problem with the auto payment or something and I had to go fix it, but when I went online there was nothing to fix.

I have to be honest, I thought this was a scam. I read the reviews and did some homework. In 40 years of banking and lending, I have never experienced an easier process than this was. I was truly impressed. If you have a good or great credit rating, this is a quick, and easy process to go through. Start to finish for me was under 24 hours. Great Job! I will use you again.

Trying to get a loan with Sofi he’s so quick and easy that when I had financial trouble I immediately went on the app and tried it out and got approved now I’m in a great place to start repaying the loan. Repaying the loan is also easy and understandable, especially with auto pay. The fees and interest are easy to understand as well. So long as you don’t overextend yourself and know what you are doing you will be completely in safe hands.

Great Banking Experience! SoFi offered a 4.6% APY. SoFi has Zelle. Use SoFi to save money! We moved our money out of a traditional brick and mortar bank that we used for 35 years. We’ve earned more interest on our SoFi money in 2 years than we have in 35 years at our local, brick and mortar large corporate bank! SoFi has 4 stars because there APY went from 4.6% to 4.2%, which is still higher than a traditional brick and mortar bank. SoFi has great customer service also!
