I Love my Sofi account!!!!!! I have been a plus member since 2019 and I have learned a thing or two about my spending habits with the most recent lesson is how not having a debit card can improve your spending. I had to get a new card recently and my only access to my funds are my google wallet tap to pay which my phone does not support and Zelle so I cant spend however I please this a BIG PLUS as I tend to over spend more often than not and i can see the difference, I have not used my overdraft in 3 weeks or taken a cash advance from my connected Klover account and I am slowly devolping the habit of not spending on frivlous purchase... Yay me!!!! Just goes to show you can learn lessons in the most unexpected ways that have a positive influence on your finances. The application process is straight forward, just BEWARE of "We need additional information" seems no information is retained if you had a prior loan. This means you need to get all your W2's and other documents all over again. Other than all your forms being scanned by an "AI" for verification, things went smoothly.

Everything online was easy to understand, and an easy form to fill out. Communications were excellent, and everything worked out as presented. I received the direct deposit in 3 days, which was also great. I wish they could send an online log-in veriification code to my email instead of only through my cell phone, because I keep the cell phone in the car for when I travel, and only have a landline otherwise. It is a pain to keep running out into the garage to get the code and run back downstairs to my office, especially for an old person like myself. But a great experience non the less!
