Lack communication at some points. We also received $17k from the sellers at closing and only part of it was listed on the closing disclosure. If I didn’t ask about it and gave the disclosure updated I’m assuming we would not have gotten the full $17k.

Our loan process was smooth. However, we felt like it took weeks and was redundant since we have been homeowners for so many years, never missing a payment and paying more than required. Our credit score shows our credibility. The closing agent was inexperienced and failed to provide all the forms needed. We had to meet with her the next day to complete the signing.

The whole refinance process was pretty simple. Micheal did a tremendous job. He always answered my questions in a timely matter and was very knowledgeable. I would have given a 5; however, the website could have been a little more specific during the process. Don't be concerned about using Rocket Mortgage at all for your refinance or home buying needs.

I've really never had a easy and flawless experience until this one. They didn't try to talk me into getting more money just because I could. When I called the first time, rates weren't lower than my present rate, so according to VA loans, I couldn't apply right then. When the rates dropped, they called and I was able to proceed. Everything was so easy and simple. Highly recommend Rocket Mortgage.
