I don't like the fact they consolidate bills from credit report and send you checks to send to creditors that's time consuming time wasting and unfair with the high fees they should definitely send payments or wire funds to consumer to distribute

EVERYONE WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH AND THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO KEEP ME INFORMED. IT WAS ALL IN ALL A GREAT EXPERIENCE. THE ONLY THING I DID NOT LIKE IS THAT THEY MAILED THE CHECKS TO ME FOR MY CREDITORS BY UPS. I DID NOT HAVE TO SIGN FOR THEM AND IT WAS AROUND $25000. I HAD TO MAIL THEM TO MY CREDITORS MYSELF WHICH WAS A PAIN. BUT HONESTLY THE REST OF THE PROCESS WAS GREAT.

The team starting with Jordan Hakem made the process fairly easy, except information was not disseminated between team members that make contact with me during the process. Also some of the items that were required by the underwriters were not easy to obtain making the process frustrating and difficult at times.

The are efficient, answer all your questions, and professional. I would have given them a 5 if it weren't for the fact that due to the type of loanI got they are sending me checks to send to my creditors. This effectively makes me the middle man for no reason other than it's their pilicy. I have gotten this type of lawn before and other companies pays the creditors directly. In the large scheme of things it's a minor inconvenience. I would still recommend them as the whole process only took about 2.5 weeks and as I said before very professional and willing to answer questions. Loved that I was able to do the closing documents remotely.

The process was good, and the people were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that my information got leaked during the process, and I was bombarded with phone calls, text messages, and emails from other mortgage companies trying to sell me a mortgage... an issue I am still dealing with well after the closing was completed. Rocket Mortgage was the only company that I personally contacted during the entire process.

Rocket Mortgage from the very first call has had excellent customer service. They have an online site which allows you to set up an account making uploading any necessary documents to apply for a mortgage loan as simple as possible. This same account will keep you on track for the entire process. When I had questions or needed to make any changes my loan officer was very responsive and helpful. I'm now a proud Homeowner. Initial stage (application): Very nice nice. They seemed to care and helped at all cost to help establish a loan. Post application till closing: VERY LONG process! Multiple months of waiting and getting information is basically not possible unless you want to spend 30 minutes on hold / get transferred around. Guy who helped me in first stage basically vanished after saying he would be with me the whole way…. Long story short, if you have patience and don’t care about customer service this is the place for you.

I just want to let you know that there are several mortgage companies out there in the Internet trying to help you with your financial needs, but they are not really helping you. They waste your time,exhausting you with all the requirements to submit to them, spending your money on appraisal cost, letting you buy points to lower your percentage in interest and as you approach your closing date this companies ( like AmeriSave is a scam), they give you a hard time and deny your application and they will not even refund your money you paid them. My experience with Rocket Mortgage was different. Rocket Mortgages was honest, finding a way for you to save the time and processing the loan money that you need on a progressive time table. With Mr. Alex Makki (Loan Officer), he guided me thru the process, he was always available to answer your phone calls when you have questions that you don't understand. He will help you in the Internet if you're having difficulties with your computer. (Other companies leave you hanging and don't answer your calls when you have questions). The experience I have with Rocket Mortgage was outstanding and I am very satisfied (💯 percent) with the services they have given me.I highly recommend Rocket Mortgage with your financial needs.

The rest of the team was frustrating with drips of we need this document, now we need that one, oh and we need your spouse to sign this one, then we need another mortgage statement. Even after funds were supposed to be dispersed there was a math error that had to be corrected. It never seemed to end.
