I did not even seek out Rocket Mortgage. I filled out an online form to learn more about how to refinance and get the equity out to consolidate my debt. The next day I got a call from the best mortgage banker Moses and he held my hand every step of the way. He was very patient with me when I had to clear something up from my business past. The Banker Ryan Cannell, has an integrity and trusted person in your Company. He is very responsive, understanding with my schedule, flexible, very consistent with approach to his customer and I really depend on him any information I got and others that I did not do. My greatest take on him, was the responsiveness. He was on a PTO break and even so, he still respond to me and refer me to other for assistance. He did not ignore my text everysingle time.

Overall it was completed, but too many different agents handling account. That includes after I was told everything was completed on a Tuesday, 1/14/25, I received a call o Friday, 01/17/25, late afternoon, inquiring if I had obtained Homeowners insurance, explained everything was completed on previous Tuesday. Shortly after, received another call from an insurance agent, stating that I had been referred to him for homeowners insurance. My closing was set for the following week. So I was stressed out the rest of that long weekend, not knowing if the closing was actually happening. This area of Rocket Mortgage needs to be fixed. I should have only had to deal with my original mtg rep.

The process started off pretty well with Amy following up and giving me updates. However, the loan was closed a day later than scheduled due to the verification of employment team not being able to contact my employer and asking me to ask my employers to contact Rocket Mortgage. It took me a long time and a lot of back and forth to teach the team how to verify my employment. This step was very poorly done.
