I had a good experience with Jose who helped me through the majority of the process and answered any questions I had throughout that time. My reason for my rating is the gentleman that came to do my closing freaked out on me for my dog who did nothing aggressive towards him literally walked up tail wagging. And he had the audacity to tell me I needed to put her away simply because she is a pit bull. I refused because your in my house I’m not sure who he thinks he is but that was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had in my life and rocket mortgage needs to consider that man working for them in the aspect of going to people homes and I wonder if I had a nasty little Chihuahua if he would have had the same reaction.

Everyone at Rocket Mortgage was helpful, courteous, and very easy to work with. There were times when different departments were giving different information on the same subject. They could do a better job of telling the client who was in charge of any given moment in the transaction. Be aware that the news and numbers will change many times from the initial quote to the final outcome. Ask questions and be flexible, and you'll be better suited to where you end up. Overall, it was a good experience with great people.

Is there a seems the lead banker was Jason and then there was a Connor. They were very helpful whenever I called and talk to them. Probably the one thing that I would say it was negative to me was I had told them when we started that there was a problem that I had to deal with him, and I was intending to use some of the money to do that, and I still had to provide documentation that everything was repaired. Seem kind of silly to me.
