Everything went well the only issue I had was their debt payoff system. It would have been great if they had at least sent me pre- addressed envelopes or the addresses of the places I needed to mail the checks too. I spent over 2.5 hrs. making phone calls and being sent to different people to get the correct addresses

The people were great in every department! What could be better is: 1. Hand the client a check at closing if he is to receive one. Not make him wait several days for disbursement. 2. If credit cards are to be paid off, put that money into his checking account so he can immediately pay off the card debt, not force him to use snail mail. 3. Let the customer know that you have made any contact with his homeowners insurance if the escrow has changed. Thanks

Was not pleased with last loan process. Was doing a second mortgage. Everything was positive until my home appraisal appraised less. My issue is during the whole process I asked a lot of questions to ensure no surprises. The agent was very diligent in answering and ensuring everything was going positive. My disappointment is not at any time did he mention that if house not appraised as projected; the loan would be approved. The whole "solutions team" is a joke! They had no solutions but to try again in 4 months or try Discover. SMH

All representatives I spoke to were knowledgeable, patient, helpful and kind. The only frustrating issue I encountered was the on-line closing. I attempted twice to close on-line but couldn't get logged on. It was a technology issue. However, after the second time a notary was sent to my home, the same day, to complete the process. Rocket Mortgage makes the entire process easy, (excluding technical issues).

Cumbersome credit balance payment
I don’t like that instead of directly paying the creditor, I was mailed a check that I then had to turn around and mail to the creditor. This was an unnecessary delay in my opinion as well as a time waster and incurring additional cost for postage was annoying. Additionally we were out of town for the holidays so couldn’t sign for the check and had to go to additional efforts to get it from the secure location.
