I did like your agent Billy out of Detroit, without him I would have quit I'm a Truck Driver Owner Operator I'm dedicated, so the process of completing this loan was difficult, being out of town most of the time when I needed documents or something else was challenging, this was the first time I've applied for a second and it was too much information to deliver in-between my work time, in other words this was not like a signature loan I just wish it would have been easier for Truck Drivers or person that working abroad . So, if not for your agent Billy I would not have completed the process he gives me the patience to hold on and relax I thank him for that. The first person I dealt with online… did OK but didn’t get me a very good price
The first person I dealt with online wasn’t as helpful as they could be, but I appreciate it a call back And that gentleman was very helpful and found a mortgage that would fit what I needed with not as great a cost. I received the information about how I was to send in checks to the people I would have appreciated if that was told to me at the start not that I can’t do it, but I was assuming that it was just done automatically.

A Quick and Mostly Easy Re-Finance
For the most part, this was a smooth transaction. From the first time I contacted Rocket Mortgage until the time our closing was for the re-finance was only 39 days. The two folks I dealt with, Billy Chaaban and Ken, were polite and helpful. The only snag was the 4 times I had to ask my own CPA for a letter to send to RM ti prove our “worth” because my husband and I are self employed. This was tedious, but, all in all, I consider the whole transaction a success.

From beginning to end, the process was smooth, streamlined and I was informed along the whole process of what to expect and what was happening during each step. The only issue I didn’t love was the mortgage originator making me feel like certain questions shouldn’t be asked, but other than that the process was especially pleasant and quick.

I feel that this whole transaction took…
I feel that this whole transaction took way too long to complete. Then when the loan was approved we are being told that the creditor checks will be UPS to us for us to forwarded to the creditors This will add another two weeks on top of the month and a half it took to process the loan. For the most part not happy with Rocket. We had good credit good equity in own home and it just felt like we were asking for a million dollars ☹️

Call Rocket Mortgage and ask for Max
I called Rocket Mortgage at the end of January to inquire about current interest rates and if refinancing my current mortgage made good financial sense for us. I spoke with Max and he was very knowledgeable, kind and responsive. He was accessible at all times and answered every question throughly (some times a couple of times lol). Max and Rocket Mortgage got my refinance closed by February 10th with a much lower interest rate than with my previous lender. WOW!! I will certainly recommend Rocket Mortgage and Max to my family and friends !
