Easy but slower than estimated
The procedure was easy to perform. But the closing took three weeks longer than the closing date I was told when the process started. Once the loan closed, I got my refi money really quick.

I was very pleased to work with Rocket mortgage & Blake Griffith. We have purchased other homes & been left hanging as far as information went on just about everything. You felt like you were fed info when they were ready for you to know, not when you wanted to know. With Rocket Mortgage & Blake Griffith it was a 100% turnaround ! We were kept up to date almost daily. We were advised & even asked how we wanted things not just told how they would be. Rocket is really a different and much better way to go because they are working with you as well as for you. We felt really comfortable & good about our decision to do this, not a second thought or worry because we were given so many options to choose for our budget, that’s never happened before! Rocket really cares about the customer, they listen ! Blake Griffith was the man who handled our loan & he was there for us at every turn. He knew all the answers without hesitation. Always so very nice, never once had to wait on him to talk to me, he would even text me if he was in a meeting ! He made me feel important, I thank him for being there because I felt lost a lot until speaking with him. He got a lot done for our loan in no time at all. This loan was actually opened & closed very fast, surprised us for sure, thank you Rocket Mortgage !

Because I was a rack of not knowing what to expect. The process was so fast and they even come to your home for closing of your title to be sign . What a great thing ! Andrew P. was very efficient and knowledgeable, however Rocket Mortgage needs to make sure the appraiser, Sean, goes back to the 50's when Black people had to guess the number of jellybeans in a jar to vote. His low-ball opinion and telling us that we had to paint the house and do repairs inside BEFORE the loan happens was insulting and ludicrous! He makes your company look bad.

Over all it was a good experience with a few miss communication! Mr.Phil was amazing as well as Rhonda! My closing specialist well not so grate! Less than 24 hours before closing! I had no information on who, what time , where ! I was supposed to be for a remote closing! When I called to speak to her ! I was told I had to call the title company and get the information she needed in order to complete the closing process! Long story short ! My fiancé who was not on any of the paperwork or loan for this house was able to get that information! While I was on the phone in a 3 way call with my closing specialist and the title company. Who couldn’t even find my account in their system! My closing was pushed back a day do to this as well Thank god I had the best Realtor team you can ask for !

Once we were in the middle of the process information wasn’t the same as the beginning of the loan process.After being connected to a new loan officer the process started to comeback together as we came closer to closing. They were very friendly and I didn't feel any pressure. The only thing that I would say could be improved is that I received text messages from different numbers which gave me pause. I was unsure if it was really them. But I was able to check with the one I talked with originally to verify. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend Rocket Mortgage.
