I was quite surprised and pleased by the whole process. Started with a phone call with representative Ryan he managed to make my loan work for me. The uploading of documents was pretty straightforward and they were diligent about getting the loan approved pretty fast.

The process was very smooth and easy. My contact was great. My only issue is the follow up. We closed on 5/23. I am still awaiting delivery of checks to be paid to creditors and am just assuming mortgage is paid off and auto payment has stopped. I think personal follow up would be more helpful.

Great experience for the most part. Very helpful through the whole process. Was not happy with the timeline of completing the process or for the payoffs of all debts. Due to the length of the process, I will have to go to those that I paid off to get refunds for payments made. Should be an easier way to pay them off vs a manual process of checks being sent out. With the way the world is, electronic payments should be used to pay them off quicker. Smaller banks or credit unions use this process and it is more seamless.
