Out of all, I must commend Rocket Mortgage on their excellence in service. I have experienced nothing less than exceptional help, offers, and commitment to find a working solution for me. I am proud to have Rocket Mortgage as my mortgage lender. The only thing better would be a "Paid-In Full" mortgage. Thanks Rocket Mortgage.

I knew that i would run into a few roadblocks through the process but the amount of nonsense i had to get a hold of was ridiclous then the checks to pay off my accounts are not in the notmal name of the business where i can just take the checks to pay off my debts i have to mail them

I never expected the personable service I received. I felt that Rocket Mortgage staff were keenly interested in my home purchase process. Each team member kept me informed of every action taken on my loan application. When I ran into obstacles, I was assured that my situation would be given priority all the way through to a resolution. I was even copied on emails between the staff! They seemed as excited as I was when my mortgage loan application reached clear-to-close. Great service!

Pro: We liked how easy it was to sign all of the documents electronically. Con: The underwriters seemed they needed their hand held and everything read to them line by line. Had to send the same documents several times. We were asked why the current mortgage company split our payments up into what looked like partial payments, when in reality, they itemized the payments each month.

Smooth but slow....
Trusting lender! The process was user friendly with uploading documents needed and feeling secure with a loan provider. However, the process timeline and communication were not great. The loan officer was non-responsive at one point. It would have been nice to have another team member fill in while she missed some time. Consequently, the consumer (me) was left wondering if the process was still moving in a timely manner. I will say once the manager was involved, the process was speedy and completed with ease. Pleasent experience from that point on.

The process was somewhat simple bcuz it was over the computer, fax,and phone. But bcuz the company seems to out source every single step makes it very annoying to request from me the same forms over and over. If I had a job that requires me being on the road, the loan would've been impossible. I had to pull up the same paperwork too many times,as I'm being contacted by different ppl through the process..VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!

Rocket’s process was excellent right up to the end. A second mortgage to pay off credit cards. The evening after closing a Fed Ex package arrived with a dozen checks made out to various lenders. No addresses, no envelopes or stamps. We spent entire evening figuring out what check went where. In my wildest dreams I never expected to pay out that much money with paper checks. Electronic transfers have been standard for 25 years. Other than a painful distribution ending, Taylor and her team did a great job putting together our package
