Pam was wonderful to work with. She was referred to my wife and I by our agent after going under contract with a home. At first we were a little apprehensive about switching lenders with less than 30 days before closing- but the decision became obvious the moment we sat down to talk with her. Transparency. That’s the key word when working with Pam. She walked us through every step of the lending process, explained in detail all of our options, how rates our determined, how different aspects of our credit report effects our loan. By the time we got our closing disclosure there were zero surprises- we knew exactly what to expect. And let’s not look over the fact that we were already set to close by the time we switched to New American Funding! Pam and her team were ON TOP OF IT when it came to gathering our documents and working with underwriting to get our loan cleared. They were fast, thorough, and easy to work with.
