OFX has always been 100% reliable in exchanging and transferring money to me in Mexico. Recently, because of issues at our Mexican bank, our transfer was not accepted. The occasional glitch was quickly solved by OFX customer service and discovered to be either a bank delay or error or my own mistake. I have just experienced the most exemplary service from OFX and in particular from Sonja Tappin, a member of their Customer Service team. I had a bit of trouble getting the money transfer to OFX confirmed. They couldn't find my reference number even though I had put it in with BPay. Finally successful but it took days and that isn't good when you need to get the money transferred quickly. I've used them several times now and had no problems in the past.

We live in the uk for 6 months and New Zealand for 6 months obviously summer. So we often transfer funds between countries. We needed a small amount transferred from NZ to UK to balance our cash flow we put the order in the morning and the the funds were in our UK account in the afternoon so easy using the App.

The new functionality is great. Getting the accounts funded is very streamlined in this new version I have recently experienced. Being able to hold foreign currency balances is very helpful and removes an awkward step and expense of having foreign currency accounts elsewhere.
