On a number of occasions I have managed to get the best price through Currencies direct, and there are no hidden fees. I felt this review was necessary because this year I have had two substantial transactions handled by them, one in and one out. Both were dealt with professionally and efficiently. I was fortunate to have Jeremy manage these for me, he was always available and patient, clear and concise, a credit to Currencies Direct, thank you. Its very refreshing to deal with a company that doesn't have endless recorded messages on the telephone with multiple selections to pick from, you call them and someone answers the telephone, your immediately put through to the agent you need and emails are always answered promptly. Currencies Direct have no hidden charges, its all very transparent and trustworthy. I will continue to use their service and recommend giving them a call for your currency transfers, regular or one off.

Great, lesser known , any to any currency transfer to any country ( supported countries) with better rates than most overadvertised money transferers. In my case , its offices in India ensured also that it would be a complication free transfer into a foreign currency FCNR Deposit account , that was not possible with other providers .

Exceptionally easy to use. Invaluable for someone like me who flits around between countries and with banking needs in two countries - in Europe and UK. This means I have to be able to move and change currencies between pounds and Euros on a regular basis. Transferring from pounds to euros couldn’t be any easier. I can then shop knowing I’m not being charged extortionate sums of money when buying goods in Europe or UK. A lot of saving and a lot of hassle being able to transfer funds from one country to another. I’m very thankful for Currencies Direct. Being foreign to large currency exchanges, I was a bit overwhelmed by everything at the beginning. I spoke to a few other currency exchange companies initially but Currencies Direct made a fantastic first impression on me because I spoke to an actual person on the phone (who called me) not an agent on chat. I initially spoke to Kate Harris who was very friendly, found out what I needed and directed me to my client account manager, Nikola Pawlowska. Well, she is nothing short of a legend. From start to finish, she has been easy to contact, very prompt to reply to any questions, extremely approachable and friendly and no matter what hiccups came from my solicitors' end in Malta, she has found a way to deal with them. At a time when I have lots of personal stress, Nikola has made the whole process stress-free. She got me the best rate possible, a far better rate than if I had directly transferred the money from Malta to a domestic account in the UK. I am so grateful to Nikola for all of her help and knowledge and I could not recommend her and Currencies Direct enough!!
