World Remit is the best!!!!!!!
Its great because more cheap than with my Bank, instantly pick up, i receive receipts and all, sometimes not? But in the App i can see money is collected!! This way i can help my family there!!! They have nothing!!!!

I have mainly used World Remit every week for more than 10 years. They are very efficient and fast , I have only had a few minor issues using them , but it was usually from circumstances beyond their control.My only negative is that I think they couild raise their exchange rate a little higher to have a closer match with their competition .

The process got complicated
The process got complicated. Now we get redirected to the bank app and once we approve the transaction on bank app WorldRemit app takes for ever to give a confirmation whether the transaction has happened or not. I’ve ended up sending money twice because of this. Also once or twice I’d to go through customer care to get a refund and the process wasn’t so smooth. Had to call WorldRemit thrice and finally get a supervisor to do the refund. I actually thought of never using WorldRemit ever again.

Issue with approval of funds (Wise-Visa) - not seamless
There seems to be an issue when I supply funds using Wise Visa - after approving on Wise App - it does not return to WorldRemit website (even when clicking the "click here if you are not returned...) and I do not know whether or not the transfer is going ahead - twice it has gone ahead and once it did not even though WorldRemit status showed it as "we're on it"!
