Not as good as one might expect
I transferred funds directly from my BMO account to their BMO account a few minutes after I initiated my trade. My XE account number was used as the reference number yet they could not find my funds which delayed the transfer. The funds were not delayed by the bank as suggested by XE.

I had a problem. I had a new checking account and could not make the change on line. I called XE and Mikaela removed my old checking account and sent me an email to tell me that now I could now enter my new checking account and proceed to transfer the money.

I had problems receiving money (Thai baht)..For 4 months. Xe would exchange GBP to THAI BAHT with no problems but my thai bank would not except any transfers sent to my account from Xe and transfers we're returned.after I contacted Xe customer service because my thai bank was unable to resolve the issue..finally the issue was resolved. After sending money to my thai bank account for 3 years no problems they needed my middle names which was not required before..all good now Thanks to Xe customer care service

Great for eur, usd and gbp. Worthless for other currencies
This service is useless for currencies other than GBP, EUR and USD. They have great conversion rates from these currencies to all others in the world. They only hold these 3 accounts, so you can't transfer in other currencies. So yes, they state to have the best currency rates, but no, they can not give them. I'm a UAE account holder and they can't receive AEDs, so be aware of the transparency.
