I did two transfers at the same time
I did two transfers at the same time. One with XE and one with Wise. From the same bank account in Australia - to the same USD bank account in the USA. Both accounts are my personal account. The XE transfer arrived about 18 hours after the Wise transfer (as near as I could tell) and the XE transfer resulted in about $USD10 LESS in the destination account than the other transfer when I started with $AUD1000

Great turnaround
It's very quick to get money exchanged and the rates are good. The one suggestion I would make is to revise your confirming email to Canadian bank formatting. Your email said bank code, transit and on a separate line, account number. It should be transit and then, bank code which is 3 digits and not 4. I was able to phone your desk before executing the transfer. Thankfully, the bank was insistent that it was transit before bank code. Had it gone in the wrong way and been rejected, it would have been a real hassle.

Repeat Transactions.
I have used XE for many years for transferring funds from a Bank in the UK, to one of my checking accounts in the USA, and vice versa. I have never had an issue with their system. It is quick, and their exchange rates are better than anyone else I have contacted. What's not to like?

You want to be sure in transferring money that there will be no problems. Their process for transferring money is easy to follow, quick and they keep you up to date on each step of the transfer. It is convenient to see the exchange rate and cost before transferring.

Easy to use
Easy to use. Security is very good from the point of view it uses my thumb print to recognise me and as I only have my thumb print that seems pretty secure to me!! Most impressive is the speed. In fact the last couple of times I used you my bank sent me notice that the money had arrived two minutes before I received the message it was on the way!! And the fact that I sent the money in England at 22h and the exchange was in my account in France at 22h11 is what I call fast!!

I could not log in on my laptop so phoned your help line who could not help, so your agent said she would pass it on to your techy people and they would get back to me in a couple of days (2days) via e-mail. That was more than 2 weeks ago and I'm still waiting. I have since managed to log in on my phone app. but still cannot log in on my laptop, whats the problem?

I used XE.com for transferring money to India. I found the registration process to be a bit lengthy, but it was overall quite easy. I managed to secure a better exchange rate for my transfer, and the funds were credited to my account within an hour. Additionally, I received a promotional offer of a ÂŁ50 Amazon gift voucher when I sent ÂŁ3,000. I received the gift voucher a few days after completing the transfer. I contacted customer service to inquire about the gift voucher, and I found the representative to be very helpful. She explained that the gift voucher would be sent out within 14 working days. Overall, my experience was very positive, and I would recommend XE.com to others. Thank you.

My latest transactions have been quick and easy. The exchange rate is just a bit better than competitors. Only thing to be aware of is that when I proceed to make the exchange, XE adjusts the rate very slightly to their advantage. May be just coincidence, but keep this in mind when making an exchange. I still do recommend XE.
