Using Upgrade to obtain a personal loan was so easy. I filled out the application and got my approval the same day. They offered two options for the loan payment. I chose the option to have a specific amount of the loan sent directly to my credit accounts with the balance sent directly to my bank account. The whole thing only took a couple of days.

The transaction was stalled until I spoke to the Upgrade employee who was excellent. Provided a clear path to closing the loan. Biggest issue was software failure during my attempt’s to move through the process. Credit card balances not accepted and this stopped the transaction each time.
