Chime creditbuilder has seriously helped my credit. I'm in the 700s now. I love the Spotme help too... came in clutch when my daughter's cat got sick and it helps me make it to the next paycheck. I have had Chime almost 5 years and I absolutely LOVE it!!!

Pros and cons of chime$$
Cash deposits can be tricky.. every store is different I needed to put money on my card but the store said there was a $20 limit.. otherwise chime is great! You get you checks early, can barrow some money when needed and can see your spending habits! Love it besides the transferring fees.

The two biggest things that I appreciate from Chime are the "SpotMe" structure that replaces overdraft fees--a LIFE SAVER (one time...literally). The ability to use the Credit Builder while not actually using a credit card with interest is also a fantastic feature.

Thanks chime for beijg there when i had nothing. I mean nothing. No bank would wanna give me a checking account because ut always required a balance. But you didnt and then u helped me build up ma credit. And because u did that i can get credit cards and loans now and put myself into debt like the rest of society. Thanks for everything. I really enjoy the ease of mind with chime. The only downfall is they are consistent with my direct deposit. Some days it comes a few days early and then others it doesn't. Its hard to keep my bills in order when I can not be sure that my money will hit.

Chime is easily the BEST bank EVER created!
Where do I start? Chime has so many features that other banks do not like, "Chime My Pay," "Chime Credit Builder," and "Chime Spot Me" just to name a few. When using Chime it truly feels like this bank was made FOR people. It also has a feature where you can check your FICO score! Also, Chime has a nation-leading APY at 3.75%!! Now tell me, what other banks do that?! NONE!! They understand what people were asking for and needed from a bank, a bank that has the consumer in mind, and not just lining the pockets of shareholders! This is explained through its "no overdraft fee ever" policy. They wont continue to gouge someone who clearly is overleveraged already by adding on an overdraft fee. To me when banks do that is the ULTIMATE slap in the face, but Chime is NOTHING like how any of those other banks are. I have been a Chime member and community member since it's beginning and I truly feel that, all other banks need to really model themselves after Chime because it is the future of banking! I can stay here for days and talk about all the wonderful things but I will say this, Chime has earned a lifelong customer in me and I am more than happy with the service I receive. Keep up the AMAZING job!

Love this app !! Easy to operate great interest rate in savings not to mention the credit builder card. It helped my score a decent amt. I also love the my pay feature. Inly thing i dont like and keepin me for rating it 5 stars is the amt changed. Last pay i used the $500. Paid it bAck with my next check. Well they lowered my amt from $500 to $360 for some unknown reason. My is the same. So i lost $140 is how i see it. FIX THE MY PAY been using for 6 yrs now

Give it a try it's definitely worth it!
At first I was unsure of chime cause it's all on a app, but it is actually amazing. I get my check direct deposited, the my pay feature and the spot me feature has saved me a few times. They offer some really great extras if you have the chime+ account which you get for free with direct deposit. The only downside is your paycheck always comes different times. It does come 2 days early but there is a wide time frame of when you will get it those 2 days early. The customer service is open 24/7 which is a great bonus I'm pretty sure they are still there even when it's a bank holiday. I suggest signing up for the chime credit builder, it's a great way to build up your credit!!

Not gonna lie... I was tempted to gatekeep bc my experience with Chime has been the BEST I've had with any banking app. When I tell you they've gotten me out a jam or two with the payday advances!!! The best app out there are the deposit credit card helped me with my credit too!

I love Chime. It has helped me make smarter financial decision and I am able to rebuild my credit. Anytime that I have had to call customer service they were very nice and helpful to resolve my issues. I have not had any issues with Chime and I love that Iām able to have different options to save my money. I can have as many savings accounts as needed for certain things I am saving for. They have an option to get paid early and an overdraft protection. These are great benefits if you have to utilize them. I would highly recommend Chime to anyone looking to rebuild their credit, build credit, or just in general.

I dont like the Advance My Pay becauseā¦
I dont like the Advance My Pay because when you borrow the advance are small for example if your check 600 and the My Pay is 300 dollar limit they give you 83 dollars of that advance and every day after that its 42 dollars a day...... I dont feel thats right i think if you borrow 300 and pay back 300 with a fee would be more convenient for the customer and helpful......issuing out small payments are not helping issuing out more amounts in advances with a fee because these small advances are not 500 like they advertise on there commercials.

Iāve been banking with Chime for quite some time now. They have many perks that are just not available at a regular brick and mortar bank. The only downside is that some financial assistance places like ACIMA donāt accept Chime when trying to finance something like tires. But with My Pay and Spot Me, you can finance yourself!!
