I can’t make it up!!! This Bank has literally saved my home this year! This Bank has allowed me to stay on top of my financial responsibilities as well as have some fun along the way. I’m able to live a little. I don’t always have to say “no” to friends when invited places. lol. I’ve been with chime for some time now and hands down chime is the best bank I’ve had the pleasure of having , I’ve even belonged to a credit union chime in my opinion is the best , through chime I have a savings account that I can control I have a checking account and they offer a credit card account which I have , I get my check one or two days early through chime they give me overdraft protection with no fees you do pay what you overdraft when you get paid but no penalties, I have what’s called my pay chime offers this so you can borrow money from your future check deposits and it comes in super handy chime even offered a personal loan for 300.00 and the total I pay back is 315.00 total , chime builds my credit score when I pay my monthly bills I recommend you take a look for yourself at what chime is doing and you will see chime is the peoples bank that’s what I call them , and they listen and respond in a timely manner I’ve gotten an email from the CEO before about a question or concern I had about my account, I was surprisingly shocked that he would take the time for me ,with other banks I felt like I was just another account number like they didn’t care care about me or if I had any concerns or issues I highly recommend chime bank check them out and decide for yourself I really think you will be glad that you did

I wasn't so sure at the beginning really but, after one full year as a Chime member I Highly recommend Chime to everyone I know. Chime sent a survey out about a year ago asking if I felt like they had my best interest in mind first and I said I wasn't sure. Let me say that today if asked again I would say that "Yes" Chime is without a doubt on my side and has my best interest in mind in every way. I love Chime. From setting my own spot me limit, being able to move my money from account to account multiple times a day, to My pay, the interest rate on my checking account, Credit Builder is an Amazing Benefit, customer service you name it. Chime is truly FEE FREE @ designated ATM's = Walgreens &Speedway stations which are hundreds of both stores in your neighborhood. If needed you can call Chime 24 hrs per day with any questions or concerns & you can speak to the virtual AI or request live customer service agent. They are always very professional & truly want to get you the correct help you request. I had one instance where some small amts of money were beig withdrawn from ckg acct. I dud not recognize the name money went to so I immediately called Chime and without hesitation they were able to cancel these pending transactions that amounted to no more than $23 & blocked this company so I no longer had to worry of losing more $$. However in my 4 years as their customer and with 4 nice size direct deposits they handle for me I would not go to another on line bank. I have had Cash App & Venmo but have dropped them both because every transaction on my ckg acct they both took a fee. These 2 banks charge for every and any ATM you go to and if you transfer funds from them to a person or link another bank they charge you a fee. That's all they want is to take your hard earned money. Chime also offers a program called Spot Me. Thus is earned with boosts you receive each month from your friend who are Chime members and when you also set up auto deposits from your employer or social security or a pension your spot me balance increases. Thus is TOTALLY FREE MONEY Chime puts on your acct in the event you run low between deposits you can go over your ckg acct balance by using the spot me amt available on your acct and Chime will auto deduct that exact amt you borrowed with no extra fee attached. That's $0.00 fees on an overdraft ... now this should make up your mind that CHIME is the answer you have been wishing for. You cam get the spot me cash from an ATM machine with no fee as long as you use Chimes ATM they support. You may pay a vendor at a store like gas for your car or grocery or prescriptions. But the only thing spit me will not pay is one of your bills like electric or heat bills etc. You will not be sorry you drop all the other on line banking companies and choose CHIME =FEE FREE.... thanks for reading and my apologies for any mis spells....Annie..

Grok AI sent me to Chime, but I have found it to be a mixed bag. Overall, I'd highly recommend it. I started in a tough place... debanked status. After a confrence with Grok (on August 22nd) , it was recommened that I download the mobile app, get it setup and then head to Walgreen's to fund it. 25 minutes later, I had 80USD in an account with a virtual visa debit card. I threw the virtual debit card into my samsung wallet and turned on my NFC. Within a day, I could buy stuff again at a contactless point of sale / register's swipepad. Real progress. It took about 9 days for the phisical debit card to show up in the mailbox (but they told me to expect it Sept 5th, so I got it 7 days ahead of schedule). I tried to use the phisical card to pay for a European VPN and Privacy Email service... card was declined... Some troubleshooting shows that you have to log into the Website and turn on "International payments" or your card's account will decline "out of the USA" purchases and transactions. It would have been nice if there was a publically facing FAQ on the website to let users know and act accordingly for such an issue. Their rationale for having it disabled by default is anti-fraud protection. I agree with their reasoning here, but the app should make the user aware asap, so they are not blind-sided, and have to spend hours trying to research the issue (2 minute fix). Other quibbles... when you first call their customer service line, you will get a standard chatbot with a bit of an attitude. It can be tricky to dodge her and get a human for customer service. I did manage that, and found the human customer service representative was english speaking, but with a regional dialect that was hard to understand... the short version: The call lasted a lot longer than it should have. But... to be fair, the agent's attitude was golden, and they were able to address and resolve the issue that I called about. I suppose that's what really matters. Later this afternoon, I'm going to use their tax filing feature. I'm a late filer but I have all my records standing by. I will be back to continue the review on that as part of my meta-take on Chime's banking service. (crosses fingers) Whatever happens, I'm blaming the IRS. But all jokes aside... stay tuned. I found Chime outperforms Varo Money as a Neobank... and if you are in a tight place, needing to reboot your financial journey... Chime fits the bill.

I love Chime. Moving from Italy, it was a shock to find out banks here charge you a monthly fee just to keep your money in there. With Chime, no fees! 3.75% API is also incredible for my savings. Direct deposit opened up the ability to deposit checks which was needed for me. And I can automatically deposit a percentage of my pay to savings. Customer service has always been good, and I recommend chime to all my friends that need to build credit because of their credit card.
