Chime is pretty good for the most part...I like sum of the features it comes with . When ur in a pinch it sure helps to have a little back up financially. However, my husband has had a constant fight with them over the "my pay" feature...first n foremost, you can't do anything at all with anything under 20 bucks..it has to be transfered and you can't transfer anything under 20..that creates a problem because he has to stop his job thru the day and call them to fix it..when it's time for his paycheck to direct deposit, chime has no problem getting every bit of money he owes...but when they lend it to him it's in 20 or 30 dollar increments. We can't pay bills with 20 or 30 dollars! This is really our only complaint with chime. I must apologize because my husband's job is stressful, and at times he seems impatient with yall. But this is every day.please .we do like doing business with yall, please fix this bug

Online banking and linking my account is important due to me being a shut in. When I have had a problem with unauthorized charges it has been reviewed and added back to my account or stopped b4 with a text. Customer service people have been kind and usually helpful. Occasionally I have had to call more than once. But overall satisfied.

I've been using Chime since 2019 & they have always been consistent in taking care of me & being as convenient as possible. I really love the SpotMe feature & that there's no fees because fees are incredibly predatory.. I don't have money so you charge me more??? Doesn't make sense. Chime is for the people. Never had any issues with appealing purchases or turning my cards off either!

I have direct deposit every month my disability check is deposited in to my Chimes account yet they only spot me 30 dollars uhg. I spoke with on of their representatives she told me I can get up to 200 dollars I thought that was great little did I know it takes about 3 yrs to receive spot me for that amount I felt she mislead me some what. They receive my check first and can take it out automatically just don't understand. Other then that they have been pretty good to me..

Chime is simple straight forward and if they change something they don't dance around .. they send an email and tell you EXACTLY what is changing and then show an example to make it make sense. They have ALWAYS received direct deposit as soon as the bank releases it usually quicker than my brick and mortar bank!
