I’ve been using chat for six or seven years now and I’ve never had a problem with anything. I love my time. I love the new features they have on the plus with my pay and they raised iup my spot me and offered an instant loan just in case you need extra help ! I’m excited to see what the what’s coming next I get benefits from Social Security and I get them 3 to 5 days early and that helps a lot when you’re on fixed income and don’t have much money and you’re living off the Social Security. I appreciate everything you’ve done. Love my CHIME !!!❤️

I have been using Chime Bank for about 2 years haven't had any issues and really like the features, the only problem I have constantly complain about is the tipping system,i wish there was a way to create the amount you would like to tip, instead of preset amounts,i frankly believe that Chime would generate more money versus a person not tipping because they are offended by the preset amounts

Add linked account nicknames.
They need to add the ability to assign a “nickname” to linked bank accounts. It is impossible to tell the difference between two linked accounts from the same institution. Also, need to raise daily cash deposit limits. Update: Thank you for your response. As a side note, one can see the last four digits when managing linked accounts, but not when selecting an account during transfer. I have brought this issue to the attention of Chime customer service in the past and it has not been addressed. However, if Chime corrects this issue by allowing the user to assign a nickname to the accounts OR makes the last four of the linked accounts visible when moving money, I will be happy to update my review and give Chime a higher rating.

The Best...
At 65 years old, I've had a number of different bank accounts. I've been using Chime for over a year now, and i think it's my bank from now on. None of the Expected Banking Fees. With my small SSI income, that's a biggie. My check is scheduled to be deposited on the 4th Wednesday monthly, but with Chime direct deposit, I get it on the preceding Saturday. No overdraft fees. Occasionally, I run out of money before my next check, but Chime covers me out of my next check, interest free. That's a biggie too. Overall, since I do almost all of my purchasing online anyway, Chime has been perfect for me. If I need cash, I stop by an ATM just like anyone else, but I don't have to pay a withdrawal fee either, because Chime is affiliated with ATMs all over the country, so I don't have to pay the normal ATM fee that others have to pay. Chime? I can't beat it, IMO.

Would have 5 stars but for 2 things: The first is that it's difficult to stop unknown or unapproved charges. You have to mark it as unrecognized and wait a certain time, then call them to dispute it. Most disputes are taken care of but there's no explanation if they deny a dispute (only happened once to be fair). The other is also rare, but big. The Chime Credit Builder helped me immensely after so much theft (770 credit score to 415!). Until I met with a bankruptcy attorney regarding an estate I am the executor of and the assistant filed bankruptcy on me personally!!! With only $289 of debt to my name. This took away my credit builders card and I can never open another one. BUT, I love that I can send $5 to a friend for free, I have a set amount I can overdraft if my check is late and I need to pay rent, and in a crunch I can get a quick, small loan. I've also got a digital card with a different number so that helps with online purchase fraud, plus there are extra savings to use it. I literally don't know why anyone uses Cash app or Venmo when you can have a legit bank account and get to s if benefits. . Just don't speak to a bankruptcy attorney unless YOU need to file !!!!

I think Chime has taken over the stigma of “online” banks. Especially in this day and age. Since I was cashless anyway (although they do have convenient cash deposit options). Stoked to find out there are so many Chime atms. The interest in the savings account is the highest and I do plan on living off that once I get enough in there. Also, a Californian company.

I’ve been using Chime for years now and would highly recommend to anyone. I mean it grows your savings, help you save by rounding up might I say. And you be surprised how much you save just by rounding up. Builds your credit slowly but surely. Has a loan process between paychecks. They also offer auto payments. I can’t forget the spot me they have. I mean you can increase that by boosting friends or if you can find other chime members. It’s just a great Bank if you havent tried it try it. I’ve heard people having a bad experience but that’s not my experience but you k ow that comes with anything and anyone nothing is perfect. But it’s things close to perfect and this is it. Trust me sign up relax and get paid 3 to 4 days earlier

I have been with Chime since 2021 and it "GREAT" and my #2 bank the next best banking account to my main bank account, everytime I use the card 3% cash back and no bank fees I also use the savings account to hide money from myself and it get 2.9% interest for $100.00 or more the account. My second best bank account I have, I will never cancel it account. A member for life. My rating for the bank 💯💯💯 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
