I began depositing my checks with chime, and took advantage of their checking, credit builder, and savings accounts. I requested a certain percentage went into each one, and they take care of it for me. Further, i have been securing loans through them, which are automatically deducted from my account ensuring on-time payments, and building my credit score. Last, when i have a disputed charge, i simply contact them, and they handle all the calls and paperwork, and have resolved every issue in a timely manner. I recommend them to anyone and everyone !

I love this bank. I can get cash advances right in the app, and it’s also given me loans .. it helps me out when I’m between paychecks and I just pay it back when I get paid. I’ve never had any issues and I love the other features on the app like how u can create a virtual card so u don’t have to give your real numbers out when u make an online purchase. My overall experience with CHIME has been very positive. The app is very easy to navigate. When I need income verification, the app allows me to get my information quickly through downloading. Settings up deposit was easy, and the convenience of adding cash or checks is a breeze. Yes, there is a fee, but it not bad.

The no fees checking is great. I was tired of banks and their overdraft fees, which had purchases rearranged to maximize the fees assessed. The ATMs are EVERYWHERE. It's easy to find them with the apps locator function. Setting up an account with Chime is simple. For those in corporate jobs, you can get your direct deposit up to 2 days earlier, as well. Great banking for college students and those who are tired of banks rules and fee schedules.

I was hesitant to try another online bank after my CashApp account was hacked and I lost the little money I had. My daughter convinced me to try Chime and I'm so happy I did! Chime has so many great features like Spot Me, My Pay, and the deals with cash back are awesome perks no conventional bank offers! Getting my direct deposit as soon as Chime receives it makes a big difference if you are paid only twice a month. Chime doesn't nickel & dime your account every chance they can like other banks. I was a little disappointed with the changes to My Pay as THAT feels like they ARE trying to make money by giving smaller amounts spread out between checks & charging $2 to get instantly, it used to cost $2 and one transaction but now it's multiple transactions at $2 each. But, I understand they have to cover their liabilities & make money somewhere so I'm not thrilled with that specific fearure but I get it. Regardless I absolutely LOVE Chime!

YOUR COMPLAINT I have been banking with Chime for approximately 4 years. I've been retired the whole time so they get my monthly Social Security retirement benefits like clockwork each month. I utilize their features such as my pay and instant loan. Every month when my direct deposit is made my my pay loan is paid back immediately, every single month. Things have been a little rough so I also took advantage of their $300 instant loan last month. When my direct deposit came in this past Friday my my paid debt was immediately paid off. Yesterday, I paid off the $300 instant loan six days early. They are telling me that I'm not eligible for my pay money now until my next direct deposit in January. I'm moving at the end of this month and that is absolutely devastating to me. It's been a very rough year as I buried my only child in January. I feel like I've been a good customer who has done everything right and I'm still being penalized. I'm hoping they see this and realize maybe they need to change their policies on some issues. It's been a great experience, especially when I need to borrow a little bit of money before payday. I am not as please with their tech team when my wallet was stolen, I went on the app and locked the cards but the thieves were still able to use my card and for more than what was in the account; which I haven't been able to do so I don't know how they did without my pin too!?! It was a loss of $80ish and I reported it stolen and even pointed out the purchase was at 2am and 3am when I never have had a purchase at that time - single mom in bed haha! But they still didn't believe me and I was unable to get my money back other than that no issues...if I made mad money I would use a bank or credit union because you can't buy a house with a chime account, that's what my realtor told me.

Really cool you guys. I'm glad im able to use this to put my work check on. Back im the day there wasn't anything lile this. Appreciate the bonus during Christmas also. Good experience. Just a minor annoyance. Wish i could disable the message. Telling me to add cards to google wallet. Im never going to do that. Don't trust google. They're everywhere like a plague because they think they can have everything with money. They spread lies through youtube using censorship which divides us. And using their ai they snoop on cloud. Final thing they will not hesitate to alert authorities. Bout whatever they find. They did so on a friend of mine. Turns out it was something silly. Caused a misunderstanding. Charges thrown out at court. So please let me disable the add to wallet thing. Gets in the way.

I have more good feelings about Chime than bad. I opened my account with them through a promotion. I like them but have noticed that they have work to do to compete with other banks. I don’t like that there are only two ATMs near me, and in stores that are closed when I get out of work. I have had to use other ATMs and pay the fees. Also there are no ATMs near me that I can deposit cash. I would have to drive to one. In addition when an ATM search is done there’s no option to put in an address or zip code. The search is very weak. It’s only geared to the home address. What about when I’m at work or elsewhere???? The customer service is very good and I like that it’s 24/7. I also like MyPay and use it often. My paycheck, through direct deposit, arrives in the evening of the day before pay day. I’ve had one disputed charge so far and it’s taken a while to resolve. I’m telling you the good and the bad, so hopefully Chime can use this information to improve in the needed areas.
