SoFi was so easy to fill out loan app. I had a very quick approval. I wanted to pay off some credit cards, and they did it for me only took 3 days to see they were paid off. Fastest loan ever with the best interest rate out there right now.

Sofi made getting a loan so simple. I simply applied , answered questions and was approved . I received my funds in less than 24 hours . They offered a good interest rate . There is an appt to manage your account which is very convenient.

sofi trusted me with 20k with min questions, i guess my long work history and my five year 100% paid on time was enough for them. the apr is a bit high, soo paying more than the minimum monthly payment is a must...I used it to pay of six credit cards and have a cheaper monthly payment, they paid the companies off for me then i closed the accounts,put the remainder in savings for emg funds, they saved me $1500 a month. wish i had ask for 30k now but thankful for the chance to close my CC accounts. thank you sofi for the trust..would highly recommend..The entire process was quick and simple, took no time for response and was approved quick with no hit on credit score

Was extremely frustrated with the need to continuely send more information. I understand the reason for the additional papers but wish they could have been listed upfront and not bit-by-bit. Also despite you sending me a pre-approved offer, you required proof of a physical address. I called and explained that we do not have mail delivery, only PO Boxes, but this held up my application.

The process was easy to complete and approval didn’t take long. They needed additional documentation which I think delayed the approval a little bit but once they got those documents, approval was quick. I will say that the interest rate was a little confusing. It’s one rate on my loan documents. Another rate that was offered to me in on the app for auto billing and then another rate on my monthly statement so the true interest rate is just a little bit confusing but overall, I would recommend Sofi to friend and family.

Overall very good. Had probĺem logging in as text messages had code at the end, instead of the top and by the time I got back to page, they wanted a new code. Ended up using 2 devices. A bit of trouble navigating to upload voided check, but they easily fixed that! Otherwise all good!
