Why I Switched To PenFed Credit Union
About a year and a half ago I switch all my financial accounts over to PenFed Credit Union and I could not be more satisfied. After being with JP Morgan (Chase) for 20+ years, I got tired of their policies. They would pay me $0.01 interest on my checking account and then charge me a $25.00 fee on the account. PenFed has no fees on your accounts and pays me a decent interest rate. I will never go back to BIG Banks again. They rip you off at every turn.

Fast, Simple, Efficient Lending Service
I have never had as simple easy and effortless an experience in applying for a loan than my recent experience with PenFed. I was applied for a loan on Friday morning...and had my approval and loan papers by Friday evening. Their call center staff were extremely helpful in walking me through the process and even communicating with the finance manager at the dealer the next day. They sent the check while I was at the dealership and I was able to sign it over to them 2 days later. Based on the overall experience, I rate PenFed the G.O.A.T of auto lending!

The PF agent was great and made a herculean effort to explain why there was repeated glitches in PF's handling of our HELOC payments. The agent sympathized with us, explaining she was not authorized to get into the "weeds" with us on the problems. We were promised a call-back today but it did not happen.
