I've been looking for an alternative provider for a line of credit for years that met a few of my criteria as a small business owner. I needed someone who could understand my unique situation, where I could talk to a real person who had the ability to make decisions quickly, and have an easy user interface. The process to apply was quick and simple. I loved being able to talk to and email a real person (Jon in NY) and take care of business quickly. The terms of the line are high to be expected but that is something I am willing to trade for understanding my business holistically. I went through the process, got an answer, and had my account ready and usable in basically two days and that included a one day delay on my part because we're busy. That's what you hope for as a small business.

Overall the process was smooth. Perhaps I just missed it in the conversation, but I was not aware of the origination fee, and brokers fee that was tacked on after closing on the loan. I expected there to be fees and I am not upset about it, it was just not clearly indicated up front and I would have appreciated that communcation.
