My advisor, Jordan Bousman, was very helpful and I was approved for the amount I had requested, with an offer of more had I wanted it (I stuck with the initial amount I projected I would require). I have been in business for 20 years and had never used business funding before but had an opportunity to grow my business and become more profitable with additional investment. The interest rate is high, but it is a shorter-term loan and fit my needs at the time. I was offered several repayment periods to choose from so I could choose the one that suited our income projections.

A true story for anyone looking for a loan. My industry went through 2 strikes in 2023. My business was cut by 80% and I was lucky to have a business at all. I got stressed and worried about payroll so I applied for a loan through Big Think Capital who got me with On Deck. The guy who I dealt with at BTC who I will not name since I have been contacted by them after posting a review. They begged me to take it down and guilted me by saying the guys livelihood was in jeopardy. So the guy let’s call him “Z” was an aggressive NY dude who was relentless. Rapid fire selling and hiding to get me closed. All while I had another guy at Fundera trying to “advise” me and then take a commission. Then our business really tanked and payments were catching up. I was going months without a paycheck. Meanwhile the owner of Big Think Capital is calling me from out of the county asking how he can help so that I would take down the review before he ghosted me. I have never felt so alone and sacred with finances. So I went to the internet for answers and found a debt negotiation service with Coastal Debt Resolve. Enter yet again people who are working to “help” while totally taking advantage of my situation. Even though they knew I was trying to pay off the loan they took the deal made thousands from my mistakes and didn’t care to properly advise what was in my best interest. I was told not to call or talk with On Deck when that is EXACTLY what I needed to do. After months of being bullied and taken advantage of I finally called them. And they could not have been more human and kind. During this triggering hell the only company that cared and has been incredible to work with is On Deck. If you are looking for a business loan talk to the people at On Deck without the middle men, loan sharks and barracudas that rule this predatory industry.

The interest rates are high. I have a missed payment from my bank account getting hacked, and I contacted them. They were hard to work with to get things done and needed paperwork from the bank. It was a couple days to fix so they charged me with a late payment.

i am very disappointed with OnDeck placing my loan on Hold when i called you immediately to tell you that one of my business accounts got hacked on 7/5 and notified you immediately to give you the other business checking account info to get paid which you already are doing so. I am still waiting on the letter of explanation from my bank letting you know this was fraud and not my fault. I've been with you for many years and have shown nothing but good faith and never have i defaulted always have paid you back in full. I feel insulted by OnDeck putting my account on hold.
