I like the fact that it feels more like building a relationship than just being another number. The interest rate is a little higher than what I expected, but it is workable. I like the fact that all my questions and concerns were addressed in great detail. I also, like the fact that you deal with the same person, you’re not pushed down the ladder to somebody else to deal with next time you want to update your loan or have any questions, thus building a relationship comes in. I signed the contract Thursday afternoon and my funds were in my bank at 6:30 am Friday when I checked. I chose the line of credit option over lump sum because it was the best fit at this time. Hope this review helps someone else decide to build a relationship with OnDeck.
