I am just starting out with them so I will give them the benefit of the doubt and rate them 4... May change to 5 later if all goes well... Sales is a bit aggressive however always cordial and tried to resolve most issues... However the continuous verification and uploading of the same documents over again was a bit cumbersome... The funding in itself was super quick... Overall liked working with them so far and at this time would recommend them if you are looking for a small business' alternative to factoring as they aren't a loan provider but pay against future recievalbles...

Good experience. When there was a bit of a snafu on their end, their customer service to fix the problem was over the top. The final call came from someone else, and it showed up as spam on my phone. Perhaps sharing that number ahead of time would have made that better.

Update 9/18/25 I was contacted and given an apology, I do feel heard by Debbie and I appreciated her help. The sales calls have stopped and it sounds like systems are being adjusted to a more reasonable level. I will update my review again in about 6 weeks after some time has passed and I can attest that things are different. For Debbie alone I would like to adjust the review from 1 star to 5. I will be back with updates! 9/8/25 Aggressive sales near harassment level. Contacted so often I stopped answering my phone at all. I have had a loan with B2C for quite a while and never missed a payment, or had a late payment... until end of August. We had a timing error on our bank account and the ACH didn't clear. Within 12 hours I was threatened with legal action and "escalating" the case if I didn't send them money that day. The message they sent was after bank hours and not possible. I tried explaining the situation and was told many times that if I didn't get that payment to them that day the issue would be escalated. I was told that this escalation was because I didn't answer their email they sent an hour earlier (because I was in a meeting). I answered the many emails within half a day. 8/27 I am being threatened with legal action for being 12 hours late on a payment, on Sept 4, 5, 8 and twice on 9th I was sent emails and phone messages stating that due to my excellent pay history they would like to give me more money... I have asked 3 times to not be contacted further for sales due to their aggressive tactics and the behavior of the rep with my "late" payment. If I had the money to pay this off and never talk to this company again I would do it! This company thrives on the hard times of business owners. My terms were changed so many times before closing and I feel extremely taken advantage of.
