Generally, a very good experience. I tried to apply for a small loan this week to pay off this loan as well as help with taxes, but the system indicated I could not since I had applied for a loan within the previous 30 days. It was actually 40 days, and I did not actually follow through with my application at that time, I was responding to your email offer when trying to apply the other day. I quickly was able to get a loan with another lender at the same interest rate with less fees, and as intended, I used part of the proceeds to pay off this loan. I will be back to you in the future. Hopefully you can fix your system by then so that my application can be evaluated with current and accurate information.

The rep was great! The process was a little rough due to having to get stuff notarized. I wanted to take advantage of the skip 2 payments but since my loan closed on the 25th and my old payments were due on the 15th I was only able to skip one payment before I had to make my first payment. So you need to take in consideration on when your loan will close if your wanting to skip payments.

Well as we know we can have up or down in life,but lenders just look at negative to much, Someone that have pay all debts and been doing well after a bad situation in life,I try to get a charge off from my personal credit report after paying but walmart refused to delete because I didn't pay them directly, even when they sold my account and I pay in full. Anyway it would be nicer if lender ask about this negative before rejection. People can do better.
