People were so nice. Heather Major at the Glenwood Raleigh branch handled my unusual transaction quickly and got it done. I’ve been banking with PNC for 1 year only and at every branch they treat me like their most important customer. I’ve had a few problems with my accounts—nothing major—and they are fixed right away. I’ve read some of these reviews here and I have had the opposite experience from the one star people. My previous banks were not nearly as good as PNC

I switched to PNC Bank in 2020 due to some Investments that were left to me. I recently was assigned a new financial advisor David Warner. I wasn't dissatisfied with the prior but I wasn't excited about it but when Mr Warner contacted me and we discussed my situation I feel he has gone above and beyond to help me in every way that he can from the smallest to the biggest concerns and is always available when I try to contact him. I highly recommend PNC and without any doubt I highly recommend David Warner as a financial advisory he's awesome. I have had no issues in banking or savings. But t am specially happy with my financial advisor with my investments thanks Shane

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! I had tried to sign up for online banking and regardless how I tried could only get error messages. I contacted customer service and the representative walked me through the process correcting some issues along the way thus facilitating my online profile creation. The representative was very patient and kind, she's greatly appreciated ! I'm a longtime mail customer but wishing to migrate to online banking, now I have. Five stars for PNC
