Number 1 Bank hands down
I have recently switched to PNC an I wish I was banking with them from the start of my first job I love them grate support an wonderful security. For those that are complaining most likely they just dont have the more or are committing fraud after gambling lol. Other than that PNC is Perfect love em.

I am in Tucson, AZ and I really like my PNC bank and especially the people. I am in shock after reading all the reviews. The staff at my bank are all wonderful, kind, thoughful and even fun. Noone has a bad attitude or are mean! I actually look forward to going the bank when I have to. My thoughts on everyones bad review is just this; if you are so unhappy everyone of you should go elsewhere. Why are you still there if the staff and whoever is in charge are asses, then just leave! You are allowing people that don't care about you to be mean to you and your family. Come to Tucson they are all wonderful about all transactions!!!!

Nice bank, but mid customer service
While the bank is good, and online banking is very nice, the customer service isnt the best. If you only need a saving account and debit card, itll fit your needs. Anything more complex, maybe check some other options first. Overall, a decent choice for your first bank

PNC is by far the best banking I've ever found in my 63 yrs ... I can't say enough about PNC... I'm on a fixed income and I'm treated the same way as if I had a huge account, your account amount doesn't determine the service you get, they treat you the same ... I love PNC Bank

Top Line Security
Every bank should take lessons from PNC! This bank is unbelievably secure. They check with me if there are too many transactions to see if it was my purchases, they have card lock at a touch, so that there are no unknown transactions, a feature I love, no surprises as I have had at other banks! If my card gets lost all I have to do is go to my local branch office and a new card is produced on site, no week to 10 days waiting for another debit card, who could ask for anything more!!!!

Reliable everyday bank with a great app and solid support
I’ve been using PNC as my primary bank for a long time and overall it has been extremely reliable. The mobile app is easy to use, deposits post quickly, and I’ve never had issues accessing my money when I need it. What I appreciate most is that things just work — transfers, bill pay, mobile deposits, and debit card controls are all straightforward and dependable. When I’ve needed customer support, they’ve been professional and helpful, which matters a lot when it comes to something as important as your finances. No bank is perfect, but compared to other banks I’ve used in the past, PNC has been consistent and stress-free. It’s the kind of bank you don’t have to think about because it does what it’s supposed to do. I would absolutely recommend PNC to anyone looking for a dependable everyday bank.
