Banker Mr Erick Jacquez of the Hebron Branch of Carrollton Texas provided service above and beyond to me while opening my account. I made an appointment over the phone with him. I did not leave the office until I had a complete and full understanding of the process and the policies for opening an account. I was impressed that Mr Erick anticipated the questions that I was going to ask regarding PNC Bank before I even asked. He did not rush me. He went out of his way to make me feel at ease. He definitely has a passion for what he does. And very helpful in helping me to find the plan that would suit my financial needs. PNC Plano tx is by far an exception to all banking establishments I have experienced ever, Ashley is one of the professional associates that greets me when I am making any transaction, with such a positive attitude and beautiful smile, her customer satisfaction is #1 everytime I have entered the PNC Plano tx branch. As the entire staff is aimed towards customer satisfaction. Thank you for treating me and my account important.

I'm very upset with this banking
I'm very upset with this banking, from day one I specifically opened the account to rent a vehicle from Hertz Uber rental, upon arriving my card was declined twice went through wasting money for cabs two days in a row back and forth 90 dollars because the bank kept declining my transaction I called they said my card was ready to use but the rental can only swipe twice and you'll have to wait 24 hours to swipe there again so I come back the 2nd day which I had to wait until that Monday and again it declined after talking to fraud department going through transactions getting it all verified again declined while the lady assured me it would work. I've wasted 180 total in can gates due to this negligence. So who is answering to this.

Good bank overall
Good bank overall, but the verification process is really annoying. Instead of sending a simple text code, they have to call you — and before giving the code, they read a long disclaimer, a phone number, and THEN the code. It would really help if we could get the code as soon as PNC calls so there’s no wasted time.

Exceptional staff and services
I’m a newcomer to this area, having arrived from another state. I visited PNC to establish a business account in April 2025 and have made numerous visits. The bank manager, Ms. Root, was exceptional. I received a thorough explanation of the setup. Having established a business account in another state some years ago, I got excellent guidance from Ms. Root. As a result, I felt well-equipped to sell books at book signings and other events. I wanted to express my gratitude. Also, staff contribute toward making this bank a pleasant experience on each occasion. Thank you

I've been with them for years, but..
I've been with them for years, and I've never personally had any bad experiences. But then they had to go and change their website, which was already great... Literally the only reason I chose PNC years ago, was for their virtual wallet. I still technically have it, but you have to go to a bunch of different locations to see what they used to have on one page... Also, they completely destroyed its visual layout which made it quite nice to use and understand... They ruined the reason I've banked with them for so long. Guess I'll look around elsewhere.

Edgar Mercedes is my reason for staying with PNC Bank. The customer service he has should come for sale in a bottle. I recommend anyone to visit the branch in Port St Lucie, FL. Off us hwy 1. Excellent customer service.
