I have banked with PNC for over thirty years. I’ve never had a major issue. Customer service has always been congenial and helpful. The only issue I have is with the overdraft fee. Too high.

they allow any company to have access…
they allow any company to have access to your credit cards, even if you dispute they find a company as fraud the scammer can still access your new card as soon as its active and still charge your account, and PNC won't do anything about it until the payment is done pending, also your savings account can be accessed through a checking account matter and they will allow you to over draft for almost any amount. say you have 3800 in your account the scammer can take 5000 out of your account even if you don't have the money. you have to call them to remove charge but it still reflects on your account. and if you dispute they can still charge you again, but they will reimburse you

Second Post on the Machine error False Alarm ‼️ Starting to get traction with this Situation Spoken with PNC Bank customer service and she explained to me that the dispute was not with them But my bank needed to file base off of the situation because it’s reflecting from my account being I’m not a member of PNC so just waiting to hear back from my Bank at this point will keep you posted for the conclusion! This is a freak nightmare 🤨

They been very helpful. My experienced with them was very good. They been very helpful of helping resolved my problems. The branch I am banking is in Ann Arbor Michigan of South Main Street. First time to visit the PNC Bank at the…
First time to visit the PNC Bank at the Southlake Blvd location and I loved it. I was greeted and waited less than 5 minutes to speak to someone. Nicholas is the person who worked with me. He took his time, he let me ask tons of questions and even worked out a plan with me that met my needs. His follow up is amazing! I’ve been a PNC customer before they were PNC, glad I stayed with them. I recommend Nicholas to everyone!
