Convenient Mobile Banking with Features
I’ve been using Chime for two years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Although I’ve never needed to contact customer service and can’t speak to that aspect, the app itself has been nothing short of amazing. One of the standout features is getting my paycheck two days earlier than most people - a game-changer for managing finances. Additionally, the MyPay paycheck advance feature and the free SpotMe overdraft protection have been true lifesavers in tight situations. Overall, Chime offers a reliable and convenient banking experience that I highly recommend.

Chime is a good go to card to get your money fast sometimes. Over the last year I have had lots of problems with chime. Ordering debit cards and not receiving them, not getting a tracking number which is not safe for me the customer. Chime changes their policies and procedures without notifying anyone. Pro they have a new way to go in debt, it is called MyPay on top of the spot me you can not use without your actual card now. You were able to use your virtual card and pin until you received your new card but now they have stopped all that. If you can find a local bank that pays you 2-3 days early… my advice is run to that bank. You have so many other options such as Dave and some others. They may not be as big as chime but they work the same. They also have a credit card as if we as Americans need more debit the card is plastic.

Second Chime Review!! I've now been a Chime Customer for over 6 years, since the beginning. I've watched Chime evolve over the years into an amazing online banking business. I stand by Chime, still to this day. They have my back and have bailed me out some tight spots more than once with the Spot Me and My Pay options. The more direct deposit you have linked to your Chime account, the more awesome benefits. I've never had a shady, or negative experience with Chime, in all these years as a customer.

My phone was broken and I could not remember my email password or my chime membership password. I knew that my chime card had been locked (as I do every time after I use it .. I was worried I couldn't get another phone because my chime card was locked I couldn't remember the password and thought the day was just over....... BUT!!!!....When I called customer service, they were 100% on top of making sure that my card was unlocked so I was able to go in and purchase another phone without any problems. I am so thankful for time being a 24/7 banking company that with the right verification you are always taking care of 🤩

The recent update to Chime app has made…
The recent update to Chime app has made it even harder to just lock/unlock a card. I keep mine locked unless I'm using it, and I should be able to do that quickly and easily. The virtual card is default, so I have to click on physical card in order to freeze/unfreeze it. I've requested a widget that takes you right to the card screen, instead of needing to login, go to settings, cards, debit, then physical card. I'm sure tons of other customers would love this function as well

Chime is great company and has 24 hour customer service chime has so many security features you can lock your card you can deposit money free at Walgreens it just a great card and they have a great app it's free.

Been getting Direct Deposit with Chime for about 3 years now! I was disappointed At first only because my spot me was only 20$, But Now I can get up to $100 broke up into smaller loans, 🆓 to receive with in 24 hours,or instant tor 2,50 fee it has saved me several times now and I appreciate it because I live on disability and I'm old🤤 but The Chim app is easy for anyone!!! Thank you Chime for adding me to My Pay,,,Also if you have chime, please Boost me, $lex69✌️

Had a check I uploaded last week that never hit tried calling the customer service to get help , they told me they couldn’t override it or anything I have bills to pay that I’m behind on because of there dumb system wouldn’t recommend at all
