I have been banking with Chime for 5 years now. Most of the Chime customer service people are great! Very polite and helpful. I have only had 1 bad experience with customer service. The no overdraft fee is awesome and the spot me is great as well.My pay is also very helpful in a pinch.

I have been with Chime for at least 6 years. And I have received my weekly direct deposit without a delay or problem every single time. I have a real CreditUnion bank account with my car loan and I use it as a secondary account. Chime has so many features I love. I never have to worry about overdraft fees. I LOVE my credit builder card. My credit score is 720 now and I have 60+ on time credit card payments on my credit report because of Chime. I canāt recommend it enough.

They make sure they dig deep into the root of your problems, great customer service, secure and you are able to get paid early with direct deposit. At first I was apprehensive about banking online-when I saw they are backed by BanCorp I decided to give it a try. I have no regrets. If you work the program right Chime is awesome. I highly recommend. You receive statements just like any other bank. With Chime you donāt have to worry about overdrafts. Chime also reports monthly bill payments to the credit bureauās which helps boost your credit. Iāve used Chime for a couple of years now-no issues.

I've been with Chime for a year. I just started using the credit builder ,which is going to be very beneficial for me. The customer service is the greatest. Always very helpful. They make every problem simple. I'm hoping to get the new bank savings card here shortly. This will also be very beneficial for me. I'm not your normal bank institution type person. I have always had bad experiences with banks. Not Chime, it's the greatest thing going. I got everyone at my job using Chime and they all love it also. I get direct deposit, which shows up 2 days early. If you thinking about using Chime, think no more, just get connected with them, you won't regret it. Happy customer.

Alright my typing wonāt be the greatest at all just a heads up Wonāt let me go back to when Iāve started using chime but hereās my story So Iāve been with chime for maybe bout 2 years or maybe 3 not sure but chime has helped me raise my credit with their credit builder card most people tell you how to get credit started like get a car loan stuff like that but never tell you itās kinds difficult to get get a car loan started off not really having a history of credit and was needing to get some to upgrade my vehicle due to rolling on its last leg so saw chime had a credit builder card and started using it and sure enough after a few months my credit started climbing fast forward years later got my credit ended up selling my old vehicle to transport port me and my little family and ending up getting my dream truck and now moving on to purchasing our forever home thanks to chime for having a credit builder card for some people thatās difficult to get any type of loans if it wasnāt for chime and their employees/company wouldnāt be making my dreams come true as fast as this man.

I get that people say chime isnāt a real bank honey it is to me they are fast efficient reliable caring trustworthy and Iāve literally been with them 8 years I donāt have to go in they call you and handle everything so professional and in a timely manner the same things you can do at a walk in bank I can call over the phone and do. The zero fees to add $$ at Walgreens and fee free ATMs have been a real blessing. It is also so simple to go in Walgreens and add $$. EVERY employee has know exactly how to do this transaction every time.... Even when I was brand new and had no clue what to do! Definitely a refreshing change from trying to deal with the hassles of CashApp! I did not have the load paper $$ option on my CashApp account so none of the retailers had a clue how to add $$ for me. Then after constantly chatting with CS I could never get an answer as to why I could not have the load paper $$ option! IM NOT ASKING FOR ANY TYPE OF LOAN!!! I'm literally begging them to take my cash $$. Absolutely absurd!!!! Thank u for the breathe of fresh air Chime! I always recommend u to everyone and invite my friends as well!!!

Horrible experience held a check for 7 days even though they received the funds the following day I was told by Randy- supervisor that they donāt want it to bounce but you have received the funds already so wonāt bounce I asked for manager said they donāt have one nor an email for correspondence.
