I adore Chime because I get my alerts when my account is utilized. Also, it's convenient for those with or without "great credit". The only issue is when I was verifying my account, the customer service representative got disconnected & didn't call me back. I was trying to call them too and got another rep. The success team members may want do a check up or call back to complete the verification process proactively.

I'm so thankful for all my chime benefits. I mean I live on the spot me thru the week. And when I get paid I'm able to pay back. What I owe and start again. That only one feature that I use. There is so many. I also use another feature that I borrow money and pay it back monthly. I truly wouldn't know what to do with out chime. I just wanted to reach out and tell my great story about chime. And I have so many friends and family on chime. And all the stuff we take advantage of is so great. I love Chime
I love Chime. I have been with them for 6 years now and have never had any major problems with them. They have great features that can help you out when your in a bind and I always get my paycheck a little earlier than other people. The only complaint I have is with the spot me feature. I've been with them for 6 years and get weekly paychecks usually over a thousand bucks and I still haven't got my spot me nowhere near the max. Other than that I'm happy with Chime bank.

I've had Chime for a couple of months now. There was no problem with my direct deposits or canceling wire transfers. Customer service was great, and I was helped right away. The person on the phone was super kind and helpful.

Chime Provides Better Services Than Cash App
I've used Chime for about 6 mos. now with excellent results. I previously had a Cash App account but they did not offer 24 hr. customer service. Chime does. There was also a problem with Cash App refusing to mail me a new card after my wallet was stolen. They claimed they couldn't send the card to an office address, but one day a person sitting right next to me in that very office opened up an envelope with a Cash App card in it that had been mailed to her there! If I have a question or problem, I can speak to a live rep at Chime anytime, day or night. Best of all, Cash App would process my direct deposit 2 days early but Chime puts it through 3-4 days early, which is great. I also like that Chime allows you to get a cash advance against your direct deposit for up to $200 with No Fees. THAT is a tremendous blessing!

I've used chime off and on for almost 7 years and I've never had a issue with them that could not be resolved quickly and I can't really say anything bad about them so far I appreciate all their features like spot me and my pay .. I like that you can set a percentage of your pay to automatically go to savings. All around they have been a great bank that I can trust I recommend them to everyone who asks and have gotten several family members to set up accounts with them as well.
