Ive been with chime for quite a few years and it just keeps getting better Chime is by far,the best banking I have ever had! In the matter of unauthorized transactions or fraud chime is quick to refund your $! No overdraft fees, and vitual credit and debit cards that you can use for online purchases...at any time you can freeze any of your cards and if you think any of your cards information is compromized , you can order a new physical card with new #s free..As for the virtual cards, you can request and receive a new virtual card with all new #s on it...I believe every 24 hours! ... All sorts of features at your fingertips ... also I've raised my credit score quite a bit with the chime credit builder card!

Stop being "underbanked"!
No reason for Anyone to be "under banked" with the availability of chime! Fantastic service that takes the pressure off of worrying about being a few dollars short before pay day!. Knowing you're not getting a thirty dollar over draft fee because you're two dollars short on your electric bill is awesome! Direct deposit is always earlier with chime. It's amazing how I am treated better with the nameless faceless folks/ bots at chime than at the local brick and mortar banks! If I were a bank, I would be worried! Chime is coming for ya! Easy user friendly tech makes this boomer a believer! My biggest concern is that chime stays in business! I mean I have great services that usually have no or very little surcharges! Keep up the great work chime! We love you!

As an 8th year Chime Member, it has been a phenomenal experience, most people prefer brick and mortar banks, which there is nothing wrong with that, but I do see in the foreseeable future, Chime implementing some of those some features other banks offer like: mortgage financing, signature loans, auto loans, etc. or time. In addition to more consumer switching over to accept online banks again as a reputable bank! In conclusion, I am definitely in for the long haul! I have always received my deposits early, the secured credit builder card has also provided substantial increases over time with there monthly reporting to all 3 major credit bureaus! Instant alerts, simple card lock/unlock, and helpful savings tools make day-to-day banking stress-free. Support was responsive the one time I needed help with a transaction. Everything feels transparent and modern compared to traditional banks. The one area for improvement would be expanding SpotMe—either higher limits or temporary boosts based on account activity. Overall, Chime delivers great value and has earned my trust.

It would be nice if Chime would be more forthcoming & clear about the Instant Loans. It gives a general eligibility & while I meet that criteria, I still have not been offered an Instant Loan. No issues until recently when my card declined due to an “invalid pin.” Problem with that is that I KNOW my pin and what I was entering wasn’t invalid. Kinda embarrassing! Happened at 3 different stores on different days.

Best decision I’ve ever made
Opening a Chime account was the best decision I’ve ever made. I never have to worry about overdraft fees. I get paid every 2 weeks and chime actually allows me to borrow up to $500 out of my next check to help me pay for things in between pay days. That is amazingly helpful to me. I recommend chime to all of my friends and family.

as a young adult someone put a stop order on a check they had paid me with, after depositing it into my bank it was closed down. I was at a loss had no idea what i was gonna use for a bank account and then i found this lovely app called Chime. Chime is everything a banking experience should be. My old bank charged me an average of $30 a month in "maintenance fees" and other crap. $35 dollars each overdraft. Chime doesn't charge me anything, and offers me EVERYTHING! I'll be a Chime customer forever!

There’s no other Institution like it!
To me and countless others I’ve invited to Chime…it has been a better financial institution than most larger and renowned banks across America. Their benefits aren’t based off credit or length of established accounts but how well you keep your account status and history with them. I wouldn’t dare change my direct deposit from Chime to another institution although I do have them for other purposes and not only because Chime gives so many perks for having it deposited here but their customer service is fast and courtesies and know how to treat their customers should an issue arise. I love it here!
