I love Chase Bank thank you for letting be a customer of yours. I needed a bank account and went to Chase Bank online and got my account started it took me about 10min to verify and start my bank journey with them it was easy and fast. I also got a 350$ sign up bonus for new customers when I enrolled to get direct deposit with them. All of my transactions and spending is safe and secure and at my fingertips wenever I need to check my balances send or recieve money. If I need verification or banking statements or proof of my address it’s always there for me to download or upload also. Thank you for making my life so much easier Chase Bank. I’m a valued customer.

Their customer service needs a LOT of improvement. I had come across two representatives and both of them had heavy accents. I could BARELY understand what they were saying; I only recognized a few words and phrases and pieced them together myself. But, they were able to answer my questions -- only needing a few repeats.
