I just opened an account with the bank for the first time and had great customer service from a gentleman named Alan who works at chase bank in Cross bay in Queens. He was very attentive to my concerns and handled everything with ease. Made me feel comfortable and was very informative. I'm glad he was there to answer any questions I had. Looking forward to continuing my banking with Chase Bank. Thanks Alan.

Thank you chase customer service and claims dept excellent service and help me get back on track was owing the bank but co took unauthorized amount out the account but claim was excellent for return which put me back on track thank you chase I give 5 stars to chase bank for above and beyond service professional staff and friendly thank you MMoore

Kept my account in good standing no fraud received direct deposits and one day my account was closed with no reason provided. Good thing I have another account. I feel I was discriminated against and I plan to take it further!
