Reviews 1875I have tried for days to schedule an auto loan payment for the due date and all dates were available except the due date. Today, Sept 1, 2024 I attempted to pay for tomorrow, the due date, and it would only let me select the 3rd or one day late. This is not acceptable.

I've had Chase online banking for about 6 years now. They have been so great! No overdraft fees if you bring your balance positive within a few days. Also, I tried US Bank and really disliked them; they have limits on Zelle, Venmo, and taking money out, which made it impossible to pay my rent and other bills. Chase has no limits! I even lost my job at one point and was about $500 overdrawn, I called them and explained and they gave me the time to get working again and bring my balance back up without charging me overdraft fees. I've had the best experience with them.
Rose was helpful in cancelling my debit card 8587 which had been reported on 7/19/24 around 2:00 pm. I've been scammed 7 times this year. The last one by fake Apple Support by $200. I've been with Apple Support for 4 years and they never told me that they never text you or call about scam. They lied they did, and tried to scam me another $300, but it was denied. The person who took my call when i called to cancelled never cancelled my card 5 days ago. Chase owes me some compensation for putting by debit card wide open for more fraud. You owe me for the stress, you've affected my health. I'm diabetic and my blood sugar goes over 200 and above beause of the stress of all this.

My experience with Chase is great. Kimberly K. Byrne was polite and kind to explain all the details, especially to new customers like me and my wife. I hope our future experiences will be at least like last one!
Long story short, I needed to change a flight I booked with points and the rebooking was not done correctly. I get it, mistakes happen. This isn’t about a complaint - it’s about my follow up call to the travel advisors from chase. And Kayla was amazing! During my initial phone call I explained the problem, she apologized and then explained to me the procedure that would follow to try to fix the issue. A little investigating, listening to the recorded initial call… and so on. I would likely hear back in 24 - 48 hours. She called me back in a few hours!! Rectified the entire situation and even caught another error with my fiancé’s name in the booking and (in a lengthy process for her) went above and beyond to fix it! She is an absolute professional! Thank you
