If I could give 10 stars I would to Bridgette! I see lots of 1 stars and really suprised, as I have only had absolutely good experiences. I have never had to call in for an issue like this, but it happened on Jan 28/25 when a check I dated to be deposited on Feb 3/25 was done earlier and got an email notice that had insufficient funds. The apartment manager decided on her own to give it to be deposited without my knowledge. I spoke to 1 lady at Chase and then put me through to a supervisor. I called her the SUPER supervisor, as she was polite, understanding and helpful. This is what I wrote when got a survey from Chase about my phone experience and wanted to share it with others, too. Bridgette in Texas was so sweet, understanding and helped me in every way possible. From the password reset, to the issue with insufficient funds and to compose an email to the manager who deposited the check in advance of the date on it, without my knowledge. She is a very special & caring person and hope you can share this comment with her and/or show it to her. Also, please tell her the manager emailed me back that will not charge me a late fee. I hope if I ever have a need to speak to a representative on the phone, it will be with Brigette. Please never let such a "GEM" go, she is worth every penny you pay her and more and hope she'll get a good raise or bonus soon, as she deserves it, for sure. Thank you.
Randy was very helpful, answered all my questions and explained all the calculations associated with fees I had. He was most patient. I'm glad Chase has such an amazing customer service!
I have been a customer of Chase Bank for approximately six years and have generally been satisfied with the customer service provided. While I primarily use the online app and visit the bank infrequently, I have encountered some limitations with Chase regarding credit-building options. Specifically, they do not offer secured loans or secured credit cards, which are important for my financial goals. As a result, I am considering transitioning to a credit union for better support in this area.
The atmosphere is electric, filled with laughter and great music. I visited on a Saturday night, and the place was buzzing with energy. I started with the garlic parmesan wings, which were incredible—crispy and bursting with flavor. For my entrée, I opted for the shrimp tacos, which were fresh and zesty. The cocktail menu is fantastic; I enjoyed a "Passionfruit Mojito" that was both refreshing and delicious. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. To top it all off, there was a fun dance floor where we enjoyed some great tunes. Overall, I had an amazing time and can’t wait to go back!
Chase needs to make direct deposits available sooner. As other financial institutions have the capability to make direct deposit’s available 2 days early, Chase should at least consider making them available at midnight and not 5am.
I do love the chase but I believe one of the contestants questions was right ans they said it was nt. How many 7 s are there under 50. Well to my knowledge 7. 17. 27. 37. 47. Which makes five which he said but they said the answer was 4 ???? Wrong
