Had Kin insurance for a while & never had any issues. As all the other insurance companies I only filed 1 claim & nothing was paid because according to them I didn't even had enough damages to be more than my 20% deductible but that's how it is here in Florida.

First of all, the price and coverage offered by Kin Insurance were outstanding. I sold my home in Oct. 2024 and thought that I had cancelled the policy, but in June 2025 I got a renewal notice.
