I came to, Kin, because my previous insurer was getting to expensive. Plus, when we needed them we could never reach anyone by phone. So, we had to leave a lot of messages. But no one would ever call us back. And we left a lot and so did the contractors. They were never called back either.

I spoke with Sandra R today regarding two questions I had about my homeowners insurance. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, and even suggested that I could bundle my homeowners and car insurance. She transferred me to the auto insurance department and I found out that I can save a decent amount of money by bundling them, so I think that’s what I’m going to do! I’ve been with KIN Insurance for several years now and, living in Florida, it’s nice to have a company that doesn’t cancel coverage because of high risk from hurricanes. I’ve been blessed by not having to make claims of any kind, but several other insurance companies have completely stopped offering homeowners insurance in the state. Hopefully KIN will continue to provide coverage at an affordable price in Florida.

Good insurance for a reasonable price
Switched to Kin for the huge price decrease from my old State Farm policy. All I had to do was a self inspection and submit a few documents and Kin handled everything with my mortgage lender. The process was smooth and only took about a week and a half.

For many Californians insurance has become a nightmare. Many companies don’t want to start or even keep customers and are asking for unreasonable things to be done to renew. I had been with my prior insurer for 18 years! I did a lot of research and got a lot of quotes and KIN gave the best possible rate (still too high but better than other companies!). The customer service has been amazing and even the self inspection was easy and quick to do. I had never heard of this company but I saw their great reviews and that it was shown to be a solid company.
