There was a bank holiday in the middle of me trying to refinance so things got put on hold and took longer then expected but he didn’t forget about me and made sure I got everything handled and was very fast about it. When I received your letter I was happy because I was low on money and needed to reduce my monthly load you guys never mentioned an up front cost or that I would have to renew my registration two days into it you call me saying that there’s a 187$ up front fee the bank is asking for then three days into it you call me and tell me I have to renew my registration which wasn’t due this cost me 293$ so almost 500 upfront not a happy camper then you said on the letter my monthly would go to 275 it’s at 350 and the letter said my % rate would be at 7 something and it ended up being 9.75 nothing but changes and misinformation throughout

Let me just say, I am so happy Whitney did not give up on me. I was going to procrastinate on applying to refinance my expensive car payment but Whitney kept texting me and calling and pretty much giving me that push that I needed to complete the information I needed. I usually get annoyed but Whitney’s excitement on helping me really got me to pick myself up and go through refinancing my car. It was super easy and I barely did anything but give her my information. I recommend iLending to anyone. Trust me my credit score is not all that great but Whitney was able to help refinance my car and helped lessen financial burdens.
