James and Sharoyn were great a prompt with communication for approval of refinancing. My main problem was that I did not clearly know when the pay off check was sent to the company I originally financed with. The waiting made me nervous. I was getting phone calls from the new bank, but still had a balance for my old loan.

Utilized your services to successfully reduce my annual percentage rate (APR) from 20% to 9%. Regrettably, Credit Karma indicated that they could further lower it to 3%, but unfortunately, they were unable to achieve this. It is possible that this discrepancy is specific to my credit profile, and I am content with the significant reduction in my APR, which has been halved.

Caribou helped me refinance my truck. It was almost easy, the only issue I really had was once I submitted my info it took almost 3 weeks for the “loan officer” to tell me anything, and they only did because I called asking. I slipped through the cracks and was forgotten about. It did take over a month but as of yesterday, my note has been cut in half! Very helpful!

Great no BS refinance at the touch of a finger tip
Everything was done online. For some ppl its hard to do anything to do with banks because they work the same hours as banks. Email, phone, and text was used, which ever was easiest for me at my time. I never thought a refinance could be this easy. No extra BS paperwork adding charges that i didn't notice for something i can't do like the dealership did to me. Dealership slip a $1200 paint protection that requires me to drive 1.5 hours every month, something i can't do between 8am to 5pm. Caribou agent was very helpful in assisting me in any way. Caribou made everything happen quick and easy, no BS.
