Best Rates and Options for Saving
I purchased my vehicle before my credit score reflected all of my outstanding debt being paid off, so the interest rate was 10.9%. Once my score increased, I looked to refinance the auto loan. Most of the other lenders gave me a rate no lower than 8%. Gravity secured a rate of 6.19%, saving me nearly $4,000 over the life of the loan. In addition, Gravity included an extended warranty for half the price I paid at the dealer, saving an additional $2,000. I will be getting cash back for the GAP and original warranty prorated for the unused time. Stephanie Wycuff was very helpful through the entire process. She helped me see the value and real savings to me by refinancing. I would definitely recommend Gravity Lending.

This is another review for Nick Lavender, this is my fourth time refinancing with him for almost 5 years. This time being with the c8 corvette, my dream car. To which he processed everything before even the first monthly payment was about to be due. Out of every person i’ve worked with, he is the most knowledgeable and genuine man i’ve met. Immediately responds to emails and texts, always answers every question thoroughly. I truly believe that he is an asset and I benefit in no way by writing this review at all. I have never been left ignored, never had a question go unanswered, when he promises something will be done it is always completed on time. I would not keep going back to the same loan refinance service. If you ever had any negative experiences, please do yourself a favor and ask for Nick Lavender. I can bet my life savings that he will change your mind, and get everything straightened out. I have yet to meet anyone besides him that goes above and beyond to make sure everything that he sends out is constantly updated to me. I will continue to do business with him in the future, from now until I no longer can drive.

I was dreading the process of refinancing my vehicle, as I've heard it can be challenging at times. However, I decided to go through a website that connected me with multiple companies. I wanted to ensure I was getting the best deal by talking to all of the finance companies that contacted me. The first one to reach out was Jordan from Gravity Lending. He took the time to explain the entire process to me thoroughly. I informed him that I would be shopping around and comparing offers from various companies to find the best deal. The moment I mentioned this, it pretty much sealed the deal with Gravity Lending. Jordan advised me to ask specific questions when comparing offers, as not all companies provide the same features and incentives. He treated me like a friend rather than just a customer, ensuring that I was well taken care of, even if I didn't ultimately choose their service. At that point, I knew I wanted to go with Gravity Lending, especially since they were already offering a better interest rate than my current one. After speaking with the three other lenders I had told Jordan about, I informed him of my decision, and we proceeded with the refinancing process. It was quick and straightforward. Interestingly, two of the other companies couldn't believe the rate and cost that Gravity Lending provided me. One even suggested they could try to reduce any costs associated with the refinance. In my opinion, if they truly wanted customers, they would offer excellent service and competitive prices without needing to compete with another company's superior offer. I happily shared the information I received from Gravity Lending with them, and both chose not to respond further after that.

I had an excellent experience working with my loan officer, Alexandra O. Words that come to mind; courteous, experienced, knowledgeable, efficient, transparent, and thorough. Alexandra went the extra mile to get my car specifics; to ascertain the correct value in order to get the lower interest rate possible from 1 of 2 approved lenders. I was able to lower my interest rate by 2.85% and finance with a local credit union and my GAP plan was reduced by $375.00 from my previous lender. There were no origination fees, no hidden fees; only State fees. I applied on a Monday and my loan was funded on Friday of the same week. My old lender was paid the following week. I couldn’t want for a better experience. I would highly recommend Gravity Lending for auto loan refinancing.
