Everything was great until the program, Turbo Pass, became involved. It would not accept my credit union to get proof, and it would not let me get past that 1st point to go any farther. I had previously sent in paper copies. This was holding up my loan. Michelle was going to get back with me after contacting Jamal, but I have never heard back from either of them, and I don't know if my loan is going through or not.

The whole process was very easy and steam lined. Receiving a letter in the mail, calling to fill out the application, and then having a finance member contact me. From there, having every question answered by him and then sending over all contract documents to read, complete, and notarize. After that, the follow up that the documents have been finished and the loan has been funded. Easy process 1, 2, 3!!!

The employee that mainly helped me was super helpful. Clear explanations, easy to call up or text with any questions, and this process was much easier than I expected it to be! Last time I refinanced I went through a local bank and while they were nice it was great not having to set aside a large chunk of time and do things at my own pace.
