It took 3 days and 2 phone calls before a technician was assigned my repair. Very disappointed as water was leaking on my hardwood floor and causing damage. The warranty company has very poor turnaround time. I never had issues until the company had a merger. Very frustrating.

The claim process was smooth, a plumber was assigned within a few hours, they showed up the next day(on time). They had to replace my garbage disposal, got authorization within 15 minutes and I had a new disposal installed within 30 minutes. The plumber was professional and clean. Excellent experience.

I had to put out a second claim due to on going issues with my air conditioner. Currently awaiting to get approval for next part needed. The two men who came to address my issue were on time and were thorough in finding the issue and cleaned up afterwards. I heard back from HWA within 48 hrs, that my refrigerator would need to be replaced. I am waiting to receive my Lowe’s gift card, so we can purchase a new one. Once I receive that, I would give you a 5 star review. Best home warranty company yet. Please don’t disappoint me by not sending my gift card sooner than later

I had HWA for 10 years they replaced my HvAC and duct work. They were great. The fee changed from 65 to 85 and I switched to a cheaper warranty. The cheaper warranty was horrible and took a month to fix 1 thing. I came back to HWA. I will never leave HWA again. I learned my lesson. HWA is the best. Clint McLaughlin
