When I first found Veterans United through an online search, Jacob reached out to me. I think the water concerns need to be reviewed, it took two weeks to get it approved even after installing a UV Filter because the property has a spring and cistern. This area uses spring water cisterns all over the county and in other parts of Western North Carolina. other than that, the team of Jake Frogge, Lynn Heath, Logan Flett and Barbara McLaughlin did an amazing job. I think it was made to experience great is that the To Do List was sent to me I didn't have to guess what I needed to get a task done. Taylor Clark is literally the best loan officer out there. There's no words to express how grateful my wife and I are for his assistance along the way. His knowledge and expertise are unmatched. His ability to work with our schedules was so appreciated. While other lenders would only reply up to a certain time, Taylor would work tirelessly until all of our questions were answered. He went above and beyond to simplify our process and make sure we understood each piece of the puzzle. My first conversation with Ashlyn with VU was very informative, she took her time to explain the home buying process. Rob & Cheyanne explained in detail what another lender wouldn’t take the time to explain to me. The other lender would always give me the run around about closing costs and they would take days if they got back to me. Ashlyn, Rob, and Cheyanne responded quickly, and when I asked the same question twice sometimes to make sure I understood it, they would take their time to explain everything and provide me with paperwork to back up what they said.
