In a word - amazing! I selected SoFi because I am an Experian user and they are highly rated and recommend by Experian. From the Experian app, I started the process on my iPhone in an Uber on the way to the airport. I completed the entire application process in my phone and even took a photo of my license for validation. I was done with the application process in less than 30 minutes from beginning to end and then the approval only took an additional 20 minutes. The loan was funded and in my account the same day. This is how a financial partner and transaction should work. The process, technology and efficiency was world class. I never had to speak to an agent one time and the entire process only took me 30 minutes of my time. Finally, I did a tremendous amount of due diligence on competitive rates and SoFi was at the top of the list. Well done!!!

Everything was quick, clear, and fast. My only feedback is that the automated emails started coming in well after the loan and been signed and finalized. It was confusing to get emails telling me documents and signatures were required butt to then log in and see I had already completed those tasks.
