It LOOKS like they have been paying things for me and thats all I can say good about them right now! I have been in the program for almost 11 months and MOST of my drafts for payments have gone to FEES they collect. I also dislike that they use the same "lingo" over and over again when they speak with you and never, ever answer any DIRECT questions without touting their "EXCELLENT RECORD" They always want MORE and MORE $$$ after agreeing to settle my debts for what was discussed upon my initial draft Update 1: My words above speak for MY experience and it in NO WAY should influence others. I just feel deceived and can see that more fees have been paid to Clear One Advantage than have been actually paid to my creditors since I started the program 11 months ago. Update 2: Since this post I received a call from a client service agent (name withheld for professional privacy) who admitted that there was a "glitch in their new website update" I still have not seen a change in the numbers so far however.
