Responds quickly. Helpful, Courteous, Professional, great coverage for wellness and preventive care. Never had this type insurance, prior insurance was for emergency care or illness, so insurance cost for over 6-7 yrs with nothing covered because I was lucky my fur babies were never ill or had accidents. Nice to get some coverage for the premium I pay. I just used on wellness check, vaccines, and dental issues. All my babies are being taken care of and it consoling knowing they will be well taken care of with SPOT!!

Overall good experience. Communication was a bit of an issue with the agent. It would help greatly if the portal was clearer regarding was is covered. I received information indicating that the full estimate had been approved. At the same time it was showing that a direct deposit of $5,000 had been made. It was not and the $5,000 was the maximum allowed. That was confusing. In the end, the $5K was close to the actual cost but the way it read was very confusing. Overall however it was a good experience and I would recommend SpotPet to my friends.
