Easy process from start to finish. Quick turnaround processing and approving loan with little intervention. I would like to comment on the website as it is becoming more difficult to navigate to find the basic functions due to more and more advertising and/or non essential tools to process loans. This is the first time I had to be directed by a phone call to fill basic screens because it was surrounded be a bunch unneeded advertisements.

So far, RISLA has been great in helping refinance my student loan! I have never done this before, but the process with them seemed to be mostly smooth and easy, with clear communication. It was a little difficult to get some of the required documents, but it was clearly communicated to us what was needed and how much time we had to send it in. As long as everything continues to go well, I am very happy with RISLA so far!

Best price for me to refinance loans
Best price for me to refinance my loans, the downsides were I was looking for a Variable Rate Loan and they only seem to offer Fixed which hurts me a little since interest rates were a little higher when I refinanced. Also, they need some weird documents which was difficult to get together.
