I applied on line received a phone call uploaded app to submit my documents that was requested for the loan. I received a call from Rachel from the Owings Mills office. We then went over my options and the steps I needed to take. My final day made my appearance to the office in Catonsville to meet Sam to sign documents. This was the best decision I had ever made. The money was in my account with in 2-3 hours. Thank you again.

The process can move quick if personnel will let customers know documents needed can be accessed through government portals and bank portals.. This will ma in e the process move quickly and smoothly... I had to return 2 to 3 times to complete the process. Overall you have great personnel working in your organization, who are knowledgeable on everything pertaining to your loan docs, just make sure they can share how one can obtain docs needed on their, phones, laptops a in d computers, so they can have them ready before they get to the office.. Tina was patience and helpful to make sure I did in t go without reaching the goal desired... Manager was on point too!!!
