I didn’t like the way I was shuffled past the interest rate after I questioned why it was so high. I mean 33+%. Rate . Really, I will be sure to mention it to my friends to question it before signing anything. I can see with my credit score why they were so quick to extend the loan to me . I guess I bit the bullet on this one.

So this is #3 loan With One Main actually. I thought it was my second. Nope. It’s the 3rd. And every time,it was at a point where and when I really needed it!!!! It’s almost like they have a tracker on me or something!!! lol. With that out of the way “K” was the loan officer handling my loan application this time. She did great!! And everything was handled in a very timely manner and with an open mind and understanding for my situation. I was able to keep a little dignity and not feel like a completely lost and helpless man. As I’ve been feeling a couple years now. So thank you “K” and One Main for being there when I needed it most!!!! All “3” times now!!! lol.

We were approved for double the amount by phone and actually given options and payment amounts but when we actually got to One Main office to close, their loan amount was different and only half of the amount approved over the phone.

Tara and Anisha at your branch on Germantown Parkway were an absolute delight to work with. Anisha is new and I was her first loan application. Tara walked her through every step with such grace and professionalism. It was just an all around great experience. That being said I was dealing with a different Tara, at first, at your Bartlett office. She was absolutely AWFUL! She did not listen to what I was asking for as far as how much of a loan I needed. She was rude and totally unprofessional. I actually went to the office and she was totally just rude to me. I decided I didn’t want to deal with her so I called to tell her to cancel my application and she hung up in my face! I’ve never dealt with someone so rude. I hope y’all reprimand her or at least address the situation. Thank you.
