My experience was outstanding and life changing. Claire is absolutely an amazing, incredible person. She is the reason why I got my loan and changed my life for the better. I just can’t thank her enough for her kindness and professionalism. She went out of her way and I was just blown away!

They’ll hound you!
Understandably, they help get people loans that have poor to fair credit, but they are relentless with calls if your payment does not go through the day it’s due. Which understandably they want to make sure they get their money, but I made a payment and was having trouble with their very glitchy website got a confirmation number, but was still telling me I owed a payment which I did not because I just paid it and I received a phone call literally the next day and that was the first time my payment was late, and technically it wasn’t even late because the payment did go through, but due to a glitch in their system, it was not processed properly. When I took the loan out most of the people working, there were nice. We did have a few that weren’t the most pleasant and the process was a little lengthy. They do call a lot in the beginning, which I did not like it all. I definitely will not take out another loan through them in the future.

I've used them in the past to purchase a vehicle and it was very quick, very courteous and simple. Everything was explained properly and the staff was very friendly. I loved it.  Grateful for the lending opportunity: Appreciate having access to a loan during a critical time despite the high interest rates.  Initial loan offer confusion: Received a loan offer for $15,000, which was the exact amount I needed.  Limited assistance from Tracy: Tracy did not see the initial $15,000 offer I had received via email but assisted me in getting a loan amount that changed from $6,000 to $5,100.  Cosigner requirement: Unfortunately, the $5,100 loan required a cosigner, which was perplexing since my cosigner has a very high credit score.  Frustrating follow-up offers: After the loan was disbursed, I received another offer in the app for $15,000 and was encouraged to apply again without affecting my credit score.  Inadequate guidance on reapplying: Upon calling for clarification, I was advised to wait 6 months to a year before attempting to apply for a new loan.  Disappointment with the process: Being offered the amount I needed twice but not being able to secure it was frustrating, especially since it did result in inquiries on my credit report. Overall, while I am thankful for getting a loan, the inconsistencies with the offers and the impact on my credit score were disappointing.
