I Worked at OMF at Kendall Branch in Miami, the environment is toxic except for Ronnie and Adela, excellent people, but the stress caused by the Branch and Regional Manager is extreme. And there's a grumpy old lady who doesn't like to be friendly with people at all. The training at the Academy is excellent, but the training at the branch is zero, you're on your own. If you don't place optional products, you're out. At OMF, where there's a Hispanic market or other nationalities, they need to look for companies in Latin America to teach them how to cater to that niche market. There's a need for more corporate culture and good practices in policies of respect and professional ethics, both for internal customers (employees) and external ones. February 24, 2025, marks my anniversary of being vilely humiliated by Lisa and Annie. The devil closes doors, and God opens windows 😊.

I had the pleasure of securing a personal loan with OneMain Financial's Casselberry, Florida Branch. The Loan Officers name was Lisney. She had a very kind demeanor and walked me through the process making sure all aspects of the loan was covered and explained everything in detail. Her customer service skills were superb and she proved to be knowledgeable concerning all terms and conditions of the loans, making it easier to choose my terms. I highly recommend OneMain if you are searching for fair loan options but above all, if you choose OneMain ask for Lisney. She is an added bonus to the entire process.
