I have to go with a three, above bad, but below great. The only real reason is the interest... I wish I had a better grasp on interest payments before I applied, I wish the loan agent would have explained it better. It was the end of the day and he was more worried about getting out early to go to dinner with his GF than taking the time to make sure I understood. I take full responsibility minus a few points, and if I had time to wait for money, I would have held off a few days... If only to better understand. The repayment is horrifying, a year later (with a 5000 dollar loan, secured with my car) and I still owe 4700 dollars. I regularly over pay the required amount, but it NEVER goes down because of the daily? Interest. Again, I have no clue. I tried to read the contract but it's super confusing Do yourself a favor and work on your credit so you can use a regular bank that doesn't charge 30% interest in a loan. Pretty predatory if you ask me

Apong arriving at the office I was treated very well,from offering me a water bottle to having a seat and waiting for my rep. I felt very comfortable and not like I didn't belong. The rep who took care of my loan was very transparent and clear with what exactly I was getting and what was expected of me, all my questions were answered and there was no" um or hold on" everything was explained to me ,and I had no worries that I would regret anything I was entering. The staff was great! The amount of benefits that came along with my loan was more than I would ever imagine. I would and have recommend one main financial to anyone who is looking for a financial "loan "

The lady that I worked with was nice. But I didn't like the fact that she set-up my first payment at a higher rate than what I signed for without speaking to me. So, when I called her on the phone about the payment she said she felt that it would be ok, because my payments were do on the 20th and because she set-up the payment at the first of the next month, she thought it would be ok for her to set the first payment up higher than the other payments as it would pro-rated. But, I feel that she can't speak for what's in my pockets and she should have spoken to me to make sure it was ok to do that.

This place deserves no less than 5 stars from me. I was helped by a gentleman named José Lopez. Which who this review is for. I made multiple mistakes on my first ever loan application process and couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help me out. The application process was smooth and easy because of José. José, in my opinion went above and beyond by communicating with me in a timely fashion while conducting himself in a professional manner simultaneously showing me so much penitence in my mistakes. Thank you again José, at the very least you deserve a raise and a promotion.
