Communication from various companies for various reasons and various times was massively confusing. I received messages indicating certain things had been done. When I would contact them about it, they would say that hasn’t been done yet. That will be done later. The confusion also cost me to get a ding on my credit score.

I always seem to get the "pre-approved" personal loan mail pieces in the mail from everyone and their grandmother!!!! I'd try them out, because of course, there is no impact to your credit, unless you should decide to move forward. I finally got one that actually made sense for me, dollar wise, received multiple offers with very reasonable APR's. Credible made the process easy and connected me with a great offer and bank in Jenius and there were no fees! I was approved on Thursday afternoon and had the money in my account Friday morning!

I'm not a tech person, but, it seems like more and more information is readily available on everybody. The lender I went with didn't ask for any photo ID or proof of income. It was all online and docu-sign. I hit send at 6:30 at night, and, the funds were in my account when I checked the next morning at 6:30 a.m.
