While getting a loan for Zable, which we saw on both your site and Credit Karma, we were told initially by you that there was no avenue in which for us to receive a loan at this time, but to come back in thirty days. Credit Karma quoted rates and points for the same company and loan options that were higher (they received one star), and we went to Zable direct, and they gave five star service and results.

The process is a little drawn out, but that’s necessary. I wasn’t sure if the documentation I sent went through, but eventually I found out that I had been approved. It’s a bit scary to provide things on the internet these days, but the little lock 🔒 was there so I went ahead. It didn’t take very long before they requested two more documents as I stated above, then I waited. It was a few days and I received an email saying that I needed to finalize my loan by verifying my phone number by calling a number listed in that email… so I did that as well. I was told that I would receive an email with the decision soon. Long story short, I had several conflicting emails of “we haven’t received your documents” to “your loan is approved and will be in your bank within 3-5 days” all resolved once I called to verify my number again. It was worth it… it wasn’t all THAT bad, just stressful when you want to get rid of a “big name” credit card that claims to be so good for you, even though you aren’t even close to being at the limit the interest is SO beyond ridiculous that you no longer want it in YOUR wallet, know what I mean?

Be aware so you can plan properly
Don't forget - they take about 15% right off the top for 'origination fees', AND the option for the lower interest rate is SO restrictive, only a small portion of people will qualify. So, be prepared for a higher interest rate (and a higher monthly payment). Lots of "bait and switch"... Funding was quick, but the rest left a sour taste. Just be aware.
