I was disappointed that my credit card holder (AMEX) was charging me two 29.99% charges on my current balance and how long it would take me to replay these charges. Overall it was great, I was approved and with a good rate. However, there was some offer for $100 bonus and I never received it nor was I able to see how to get it for using your services. I feel that was false advertising.
