Upgrade was suggested to me by Experian. I had never heard of it so I did a quick online search to make sure it was legit. Once that was confirmed, I started the online process. It was incredibly easy. The customer support using the chat option was informative and helpful. I was told the loan would take about 3 days to process, but it came quicker than that. The payments are super affordable as well, I highly recommend Upgrade.

The whole experience was great until I got approved. I wasn’t given an opportunity to review terms before payout, didn’t sign to accept like most loans after approval and that is because they charged me a $750 loan origination fee. I would have NEVER took a loan at T this interest rate with a loan origination fee. I don’t even apply for credit cards if they have an annual fee. Not one person during the process mentioned this fee. I had to call to see why my payout was not the right amount..
