My experience with Upgrade Loan was excellent. I applied online and answered questions, and within a few minutes, my application was approved for $32K. The online access to my account was convenient, and navigation was simple and direct. I also had the option of a one-time payment aside from regular monthly automatic debit payments. Easy and fast. I paid down two 29% interest credit cards with a low interest Upgrade loan and it took just a few minutes for approval. I've used Flex Pay in the past for Cruises but hadn't thought of using Upgrade to pay off credit cards. Low monthly payment and saving hundreds a year in interest.

The longest time to get a card, even after calling second time
the time it took to get the card was..sloooow it took over 20 days to get what i was supposed to get in a period of 7-10 days per the instructions... i had to be issued a second card according to the supervisor that i had to talk to since the customer service person i spoke to didn't really know too much of what was going on. she asked me to send all the documentation in again, which already had been sent in already the first time around since they wouldn't send the card without all the documentation been submitted so, what was missing the second time around i don't know but it was kind of scary to think my personal information was just floating out there. Anyways, finally after speaking to the supervisor the second time around he sent me the card which took a few days to get but finally got it, thank you, so far is okay, but will submit more feedback soon if i may

Good products but vague customer service
My most recent loan experience was great. Fast response. My checking account is fine as well. Unfortunately I have another account with upgrade that was closed and no one is willing to tell me why. They keep saying they sent an electronic message about it but won't tell me what date leaving me to download and open so many messages and I still never found it. I just gave up on the account altogether. Not a good experience. My only other thing, which is minor compared to the above, is that it takes such a long time for the login process to finish and that's with my fingerprint. I've never had any bank take so long to load. Again minor but still annoying.
