I have an excellent credit rating but…
I have an excellent credit rating but still got charged 12% for a loan of 25,000 USD that I took out. Which was super high. There service is great and the process is fast, but their interest rates for excellent credit holders is absurd. I paid their loan back in a week, but found out my local credit union had a better rate at 9% for the same amount.

The customer service rep advised me that even if I made a payment ahead of autopay it would still be deducted on the scheduled date. He advised me to call back after the 12th and request a payment date change. He was very professional and courteous during our entire conversation.
