I wanted to know if I could post my monthly payment n the first of the rather than wait for the autopay to make the deduction on the 12th. The customer service rep advised me that even if I made a payment ahead of autopay it would still be deducted on the scheduled date. He advised me to call back after the 12th and request a payment date change. He was very professional and courteous during our entire conversation.

Refer a Friend BONUS a scam....at least for me
The process was easy and fast ( I assume b/c my credit score is so high). I took out a loan for one of my businesses ( personally ) a 2 year term and have paid all off but 628.00 in less than 11 months . I have held off on paying this off as they offered a refer a friend bonus" that wanted to use to applied towards this small balance to pay in full. HOWEVER THEY MISLEAD BOTH OF US! THEIR REFER A FRIEND LINK WAS BROKEN WHEN HE RECIEVED IT, I SENT IT SEVERAL TIMES WITH SAME OUTCOME. HE HAD TO CALL TO GET HIS APPLICATION STARTED AND WAS ADVISED THEY WOULD HANDLE WITH THE COMPLETION OF HIS LOAN AS LONG AS HE DID ALL THAT WAS REQUIRED ( GET APPROVED AND OPEN A SOFI BANK ACCOUNT). WELL GUESS WHAT, 6 MONTHS LATER NO REFERRAL FEE AND WHEN I CALL I GET FOLKS OVERSEAS AND SIMPLY TELL ME I AM OUT LUCK AND NOT IN GREAT ENGLISH. THEY WOULD HAVE A 5 STAR RATING BUT HAVE RUINED THAT WITH THEIR SCAM.
