To be honest, every step of the application process was very simple and user friendly. I had no issues until a little hiccup when it came time to link my banking information with Plaid. I called customer support and the rep was very helpful and I was given good advice about the different ways to do a work around in order to enter my ABA routing number and account number, as well. Once this was done, I was successful with security identification and things went well, after that.

Easy to refinance but should offer more details into perks each lender has versus their competitor. I.e. offering to split the monthly payment into two to allow customers to pay less in interest all lenders dont offer this perk and its a deal breaker for me so I had to refinance my loan 3 days later taking 2 hits to my credit score.

My loan was funded promptly and issued to the places it needed to go was quick and easy. Just make sure your amounts that need to be sent is accurate so you’re not falling for refunds. Use the app and it will give you the process from start to end. I wish the interest rates were lower but it beats paying 29% on credit cards and getting nowhere.
